Summary:

Make your stay unforgettable with all the comforts you will find at your disposal. Just 100 meters from the Metro line A stop for easy access to the city center (Vatican, Spanish Steps, Termini Station...), a few minutes from Ciampino airport with bus line 520 and well connected to Fiumicino airport.



The Space:

It is a very bright apartment ideal for up to 4 people. It consists of a large bedroom, kitchen, full bathroom, a spacious hall and a living room that has a sofa bed for two people and a large dining table. In it you will find everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in Rome: sheets, soap, towels, smart TV, WIFI…

It is elegantly decorated, while respecting its original character. It has a washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Located on the seventh floor with an elevator, it is very bright but by closing the window blinds you can darken the space to rest.



Guest Access:

The guest has access to the entire apartment, we only ask not to use the material that may be stored by the cleaning service in one of the closets.



The Neighborhood:

The Cinecittà-Subaugusta area has a great commercial activity and restaurants of all kinds, but without the overcrowding of other areas. At the end of Viale Tito Labieno is one of the most famous parks in Rome, the Park of the Aqueducts (Parco degli Acquedotti), a green area that is worth a visit, as are the Cinecittà film studios. You can visit the museum and the sets where movies and series from the past and present have been shot, such as Ancient Rome (HBO), Fellini...



Getting Around:

It is very well connected to the center thanks to the metro line A that stops just less than 70 meters from the apartment. From there line A takes you directly to the Vatican area, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Repubblica, or Termini. By changing at Termini, you can get to the Colosseo, or Caracalla/Circo Massimo.



STREET PARKING

Parking on the street is free. You will most easily find a stall along Via Lemonia along the Parco degli Acquedotti.



AIRPORTS

-To get to and from Ciampino airport you can use bus line 520.

-Fiumicino airport is half an hour away by car and, if you have time, you can also use the metro and train from Termini station.
