Spacious and bright apartment in the strategic point between Trastevere and Testaccio.
Situated in the building on the first floor with lift and the doorman.
The house has a very comfortable subdivision of the spaces offering the bedrooms their privacy.
Entrance in the apartment is a large and spacious, with sofa and the open black enamel niche for the coats and jackets.
On the left there is a small room with built-in wardrobe and the small bathroom en-suite. From the central door of the entrance you can walk to the bright and large living room with dinning area and SmartTv area, where is the velvet corner sofa bed ( that evening time became very comfortable double bed thanks to the memory foam mattress). From the living room is possible to access to the small private balcony.
On the right of the entrance you can find the kitchen - fully equipped with all the necessary for to cook and serve, another smaller dinning table and big window that gives the brightness to the space.
Always from the entrance on the left we can enter in the night area with many built-in wooden wardrobes and long corridor that divide the bedrooms and the bathrooms.
Two large master bedrooms with the original parquet of 70's and two master bathrooms.
Every bedroom has queen size comfortable bed ( with mattress 160x200cm) and access to the private balcony. Both of the rooms are spacious and bright.
Before the bathrooms there is alsi the small laundry space with washing&dryer.
How to reach the house from Fiumicino Airport:
Take the train FL1 direction "Orte" which take you to the "Roma Trastevere station" (about 20min), get off and walk to the house for about 4 min.

How to reach the house from Ciampino Airport:
Take the train Fiumicino Express (1 stop about 14 min). Get off and take the Regional Train direction Fare Sabina ( 7 stops about 26min), get off on station Roma Trastevere and walk to the house for about 4min.

How to reach the house from Termini station:
From Termini station take the Regional Train ( direction Civitavecchia ), get off on the 3th stop on the station Roma Trastevere and walk to the house for about 4min.

Where you can park your car:
Some steps from apartment there is a parking garage, payment for 24h.
Ponte Testaccio Parking in via degli Stradivari 6.
