The location is great, but the noise every night is annoying. The apartment had a bad smell that the scented plugin in the bathroom masked until it stopped working. The 4 person availability is a stretch. I had to sleep on the pullout couch and it was horrible. The amenities were more than indicated. Those should all be included so people don’t bring stuff they don’t need to bring, such as laundry detergent was provided so i wouldn’t have brought any with us. The same with dish soap and sponge, iron and ironing board and other items. The pictures of the inside need to be updated, and it needs to be specific that it is 1 bedroom and a pullout couch. It was very SECURE with 2 gates and numerous locks on the hallway and a deadbolt on the apartment door so we felt extremely safe. We stayed 15 days, but the toilet paper was not nearly enough for the 2 of us. The problem is that it is not readily available. After searching numerous stores and pharmacies we ended up with Kleenex tissues. The washing machine was nice to have, but being non Italian we had to YouTube how to use that model which was not easy to find. So many great instructions were provided for use of the heat, portable air conditioner, electric panel etc… please include instructions for the washer. The inside of the washer had mold, but we had bleach wipes and cleaned it then left it propped open. There were extra sheets but we needed extra blankets at night during October.
