Delightful apartment in the heart of Borgo Pio (a few steps from St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo) located on the second floor with elevator of an ancient building and has been recently restored.



The apartment consists of a hallway from which you access the kitchen and the living room with dining area and double sofa bed (140x200). From the living room you access the two bedrooms both with double bed type King Size (180x200). A complete bathroom is accessible directly from the living room.



The apartment is very quiet and can comfortably accommodate 4 people up to a maximum of 6 people (80 m²)



The apartment has internet access via WiFi, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Air Conditioning \ Heating and TV. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob and is equipped for cooking and eating. We provide sheets and towels for all guests with the possibility of cleaning service with linen change.



The apartment is very comfortable. Its location is in the heart of the historic center and allows you to explore many tourist attractions on foot.

The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with a fast internet connection.



The Tourist Tax is 6.00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 and over) and is to be paid upon arrival (Excluding reservations from web portals where the Tourist Tax is already withheld).
