The apartment is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable and relaxing location to visit Rome.
It has two double bedrooms, a kitchen, living room with a dining zone, a bathroom with a big shower and a laundry room.
The apartment is fully refurbished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, TV, autonomous air conditioning, heating, oven, washing machine.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 130 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
