„on arrival my booking was not there. The error was probably in the submission from Hotels.com. I had to make an expensive long distance call to Hotels.com using my own (international) cell phone. The only help was that I was told to book a room again on the spot. I was lucky that there were rooms left, otherwise I would have had a problem. Very annoying after a long flight, when you don't get a booking that is more than 2 weeks old and have to take care of it yourself for 1 hour late in the ...

„Das Frühstück war für ein Spahotel sehr spartanisch und alles andere als gesund. Abgepackte Eier, Marmelade, Saft, Tee, Kaffe, Frischkäse, Nutella, Bagels und Toastbrot. Ich hätte, auch bei dem Preis, Obst, Gemüse und weitere gesunde Nahrungsmittel erwartet. “

„Been to Montreal at least 25 times and I will only stay here from now on; it was by far the beat hotel and has the most amazing breakfast! Staff were great and the overall hotel is well decorated. The room was excellent and more than comfortable. Lots of shopping malls around and not far from Old Montreal. Well worth the stay and price for what you get. Like I said, I will inly stay here when visiting Montreal again.“
