„Hotel staff are friendly. Hotel has a 1980s feel and decor and Needs updating. The hallways have an old smell. Windows in room are old and very hard to open. TV stations are old reruns and full with commercials, there was no CBC CNN BBC MTV or any international channels. Pillows are not comfortable. „Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included.
