Chalets in Razlog suchen

„The hotel is situated in the mountains. We travelled here by the vintage narrow mountain train and arrived at a derelict train station. I contacted the hotel who kindly organised a taxi collection for us. The hotel is clean and the room was really nice and the bed is comfortable. I like the fact the hotel provide a bowl of fresh fruit in the room. The hot spring pools were lovely and great they stay open until 8pm. The restaurant food was really nice and also reasonably priced. The breakfast ...

„It was nice , but needs some upgrades in the rooms, the curtains and the furniture is OLD, and the bed was not the most comfortable. We still had good time.“

„The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. „We, 3 pers.and a dog, stayed for 4 nights in 2 different roomsin Rahoff.Very friendly, warm and helpful hotel owners. Very clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Sauna & Yacouzi were well working, ideal for 2pers. Extensive, good breakfast with home made Bulgarian specialities and differences in the daily offer. Diner also with typical Bulgarian recipes. Little minus: From the hotel to the Gondola (ski/snowboard)) takes at least 7min. The last day of our stay, the ventilator in the bathroom was blocked. ...

„Für ein bulgarisches Hotel wirklich super freundliches Personal (sind ja aber auch viele aus Griechenland). Shuttle Bus zum Lift. Sehr schönes Zimmer durch Upgrade, vielen Dank!“

„Everything was perfect, hotel exceeded expectations. Staff was the best, thanks a lot Dimi for help. Recommend.“

„Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience.“
