âExcellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! â
âI had great time, but the hotel was overbooked so we stayed in totally diferent room i place near by but the common areas was pretty cool with several pools and a lot of Green areas. The staff was too confused and looked like they dont speak my language very well even if its in Bulgaria. The room had everything we needed just they can improve the cleaning in the bathroomâ

âWir haben einen Appartement. Dieses wurde sehr lange nicht renoviert, dementsprechend war die Möbel bzw. die beiden BĂ€der sehr abgenutzt. Es war kaum möglich, vernĂŒnftig zu duschen. Die Breite von der Dusche ca. 40cm, so dass der alte Vorhang immer an einem klebt und das Wasser dennoch komplett rauslĂ€uft.
Das allerschlimmste war jedoch das Essen: keine Auswahl, nur ein Haupgericht. Das Essen war immer kalt und ungenieĂbar.

The room was great and plenty of space, really well equipped even though it was all inclusive. Needed a shower curtain or something as the bathroom got soaked every time you needed a shower but it was all fine and the water soon drained away. "Everybody was very friendly (manager was very often at the reception and helped the guests). Our room was nearby the second pool - nothing fancy but a lot of space incl. a veranda - everything was clean (daily cleaning).
The food was very good and varied - even for my vegatarian daughter - the dishes and cutlery were sometimes a little bit dirty (you could see, that they were handling a lot of guests).
2 Pools, public beach (with possibility to rent umbrellas und beds) was right outside the hotel (5 min walk).
Families with kids, mostly from Bulgaria and Ireland (Britain?).
Quite quiet during the night (only saturday the music from a nearby discothek was loud - the other side of our appartment was facing the street (apparently with neaby disco), but was a cul-de-sac and so nearly no cars.
