„The hotel is just across a stunning beach, close to the Salt Museum where people gather for free mud baths. A pleasant walk to the central part of Pomorie. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The place is new, equipped with everything you need and extremely clean. Great sea view from the balcony. „I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. „To start we had to go to another office in the city to register ourselves and after riding 250 miles on a motorcycle this was not a welcome greeting. The staff were great at helping us to find it , it was just an unwanted inconvenience.
The mattress was in a poor state but other than that the room and the hotel was in a better state.
The food and drinks served were excellent and the staff serving them .

Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients.
