Mein Zimmer lag "im Keller" mit Fenster und eigenem Eingang über eine Außentreppe. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr groß und gut eingerichtet, wobei das Badezimmer eine Renovierung vertragen könnte. „Hi well we had a great time at The Harrogate Inn apart from two things at breakfast the milk they was only full milk no semi skim milk and the butter they was no margarine it would be nice to have the choice

„The Cairn hotel was excellent value for money, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly, the food was good abd the bed was comfy, what more can you ask. Our only negative was the hotel was looking tired in parts with flaky paint on the ceiling.“

„We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult.

"Da wir mit dem zugewiesenen Zimmer (direkt über Küchenabluft) nicht zufrieden waren, haben wir mit Rezeption abgesprochen, dass uns am anderen Tag nachmittags zwischen 16. und 17. Ur ein Ersatzzimmer gezeigt wird und wir entscheiden ob wir im ursprünglichen Zimmer bleiben oder ins Neue umziehen.
Als wir anderntags zurück kamen, stellten wir fest, dass sich keine persönlichen Sachen mehr im Zimmer befanden. Auf unsere Reklamation wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir umgezogen seien und unser ursprüngliches Zimmer schon weitervermietet sei. Es waren schon andere Leute im Zimmer obwohl wir den Tresor noch nicht geleert hatten!!!
Das neue Zimmer war überhaupt nicht der Hit. Das schlimmste aber: unser Kleider welche im Schrank gehangen sind, wurden in einem Abfallsack ins Ersatzzimmer transportiert, im weiteren wurde in unseren Taschen rumgewühlt!!!
Als wir diese Umstände reklamiert haben, wurde uns klargemacht, dass dieses Hotel besser verlassen würden, was wir auch umgehend gemacht haben
