„The room and the entire property was very well presented and fresh. The restaurant was also exceptional with top level table service and a great menu. Only negatives are that road facing room was a little noisy during the morning and evening rush hours and the security light in the room was quite intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stop over.“

„Very good hotel within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Harrogate. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the main menu looked really good and the bar area was large and inviting. There is also an outdoor bar area at the rear of the hotel which was lovely. Only issue is parking - there is a multi storey car park at the rear of the hotel but the purchasing arrangements are not very well displayed. You need to purchase a ...

„The property itself was well presented and clean, and the room was also clean on arrival. However, we had booked a "Luxury King Room" and felt the description was somewhat misleading. The bed was actually a double rather than a king-size bed (which I later noticed is stated in the room details), so the room name itself felt confusing. I’d also say the "luxury" description was an overstatement, as the room felt more basic/average than expected. Unfortunately, we had quite a poor night's sleep. ...
