Step outside for easy access to the pool and shared patio, or relax on your private outdoor patio with a sofa and fire pit while listening to the ocean.

This is a simple, beachey, lived-in space, ideal for guests who value location, ocean views, and the soothing sound of the waves over modern luxury finishes. The owner and their son live quietly upstairs, while you’ll enjoy your own private lower-level accommodations.

Kick back in the cozy living room with a 65” smart TV, sleep comfortably in the private bedroom with a queen bed, and take advantage of flexible sleeping options for larger groups.

**Please note: this home features a shared pool with the attached apartment. Additionally, the owner and his son live upstairs in a separate unit with their own private entrance.**

There is no exterior key access on that ocean-side sliding door
You cannot come in from outside through that door unless someone inside unlocks it
It’s meant mainly as an exit to the beach/ocean side, not the main entry door
