„Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel und in dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer nie gereinigt, trotz unserer Reklamation am dritten Tag! Wir mussten jeden einzelnen Tag für Shampoo, Bodylotion und Kaffee bei der Reception nachfragen. Der Papierkorb war überfüllt, das Bad nicht sauber, die Betten nicht gemacht, einfach nur ärgerlich!!!“

Streetcar is so close as well as the Kauffman Center, Power and Light, Tmobile Arena, etc. Valeting the car was really nice too (definitely not free, but worth it on my opinion). Rooms were nice, staff was nice. Bistro food was good. The only negative thing I could say is that they give you the world's smallest trashcan in the room and then don't ever empty it. We set it out in the hallway so they could dump it/replace and they just took it ...
