„Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel und in dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer nie gereinigt, trotz unserer Reklamation am dritten Tag! Wir mussten jeden einzelnen Tag für Shampoo, Bodylotion und Kaffee bei der Reception nachfragen. Der Papierkorb war überfüllt, das Bad nicht sauber, die Betten nicht gemacht, einfach nur ärgerlich!!!“

„The inn was so unique and had such amazing history. Frank was the sweetest and so nice about us coming in later. When we came he showed us around and told us all about Smithville’s history and some of the artifacts there. Can’t wait to come again! “

Resturant the three owls the food was great but took forever for the food to arrive at the table. The bread was served after the meal. Kind staff but the management of the kitchen communications needs work. “

„Only stayed one night and had to leave prior to breakfast so I don’t know how that was. I was able to eat at the restaurant having the green salad with grilled shrimp on top. Very tasty and Connor the waiter was very nice and personable. Parvin was very helpful at checking in arranging for me to be picked up at the airport when I dropped off my rental car.“

Das Zimmer könnte ein Refit gebrauchen. Trotzdem: es ist geräumig, das King Bett ist klasse, das Bad mit der großen Dusche ist toll. Aber...die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Für 110 € pro Nacht erwarten wir mehr. Zudem konnte die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche nicht reguliert ...
