Sleeping arrangements

The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four spacious bedrooms and five beds. Neutral tones and simple touches create a restful atmosphere, and two well‑appointed bathrooms provide essential conveniences for freshening up after a day of adventure.



Indoor living

Gather in the living room or head to the game room, where a pool table and life‑size games add extra fun for families and groups. A dedicated workspace offers a quiet spot for focused tasks, separated by its own door. Central air conditioning and central heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, while a TV, washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials round out the conveniences.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals together. A nearby dining table invites shared breakfasts, casual lunches, or dinner conversations after exploring the city’s sights.



Outdoor living

Step onto a fully fenced backyard where a private patio, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers let you soak up the warm Phoenix climate any time of year. A BBQ grill is ready for al‑fresco cooking, and the private outdoor pool is open year‑round for a refreshing dip. If you’d like a larger heated pool, it’s available upon request with additional fees.

Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the home offers a calm backdrop while remaining close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The surrounding streets grow still in the evenings, providing a tranquil setting for indoor relaxation or quiet moments in the backyard.

Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a ring camera on the front door.



This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2022-3122
