Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. „Property Manager are awful to communicate with. Within the first 30mins, we found blood on pillows and wall. Multiple items were broken. I don't recommend this to place. Vents were so dirty, dust was falling on the floor. Oh let me not forget garage is broken so you have to walk to get to the front door. Which is not close to the townhome.“
