Best Equipped Rental
We just spent an amazing 4 nights at this fabulous home. We were there with our adult children celebrating the wedding of our youngest daughter. The wedding venue was only about 10 minutes from this home. This home has everything! Of all the homes that we have stayed in, this was the most equipped, easy, comfortable. They have thought of everything!

Wonderful Property
My wife, daughter and 2 1/2 year old grandson stay at this home for a total of 4 nights. This house is pretty amazing and would probably rank in the top 3 places we have ever stayed. Access to the house was simple and the house was spotless. It turned out to be more house then we would have needed, but who cares about that...it wasn't a problem. The backyard and pool are beautiful. When we were at the house we spent a lot of time around the pool as the weather was in the 70's. We had it heated and the temperature was perfect. My only comment about the pool is it get rather deep in the middle...probably about 6 feet. We kept a close eye on my grandson and made sure that he was always wearing his wings when he was near it. Their was a high lock on the sliding door going out to the pool so he couldn't accidentally gain access to the pool area when the door was closed and all were inside. We needed to contact Pam for one thing and she was super helpful. Even gave us a late checkout due to a late flight since no one was booked the following day. That helped us out a lot. I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat. There also is a little play ground next door and a community pool a few blocks away. Never got to enjoy that but it would be a plus. Dale M.

Amazing home!!
I truly can't say enough about this home!! It is absolutely gorgeous, perfectly maintained and has a hotel-quality pool!! Our family stayed here for a basketball tournament in Mesa. The owners are incredibly attentive and have provided everything you could possibly need on vacation. We will absolutely be staying here again!!!

This was our second time at this property. The grandkids had a blast in the pool where they spent most every moment. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you could ask for at your fingertips. We enjoyed all the trails in the area for running as well. We will be back again very soon.

This home is located in a very quiet neighborhood ,,,,it was a very relaxing stay,,,master bedroom was huge with a very comfortable bed,,,backyard and pool were wonderful,,,,,we were only 2 people so basically only used half of the house, but this home would comfortably hold several people,,,I can not think of any amenities that are missing for any age,,,,

This home has everything you could need and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, beautiful backyard and close to restaurants and activities. Very organized, clean and inviting. House was overall very clean but dishwasher was full upon check in, refrigerator and freezer had partially eaten food items from prior guests and wet towels in washer.

Great home we didn't want to leave!
Perfect vacation home for a family of 6. We had 4 adults and 2 kids under 3 and everybody loved it. Endless activities within the home including but not limited to: the pool ( had a volleyball net and mini basketball hoop for use) , mini putting green, firepit with comfortable seating, grill, ping pong table, and pool table. House had everything we needed and everything was organized and easily accessible. Only negative we found was the checkout time of 10AM which we only thought was through October through April, but apparently applied to us as well though our visit was during May. A checkout time of 12 would have been more reasonable since we had to wake up early on our last day of vacation to pack up and get out. Otherwise the home was wonderful and we cannot wait to be back,

The home was clean and tidy. The pool and extras the owners provided for guests to use really made a difference. Within 20 minutes of great hiking, top golf and Legacy Sports Complex made it just right for our family. We’ll be back!!

Amazing home, fully stocked.
Everything was great, from check in to check out. The owner was very responsive to a few minor issues we had and got them taken care of within hours! Everything was labeled clearly with detailed instructions on how to use all lights and remotes. The home is in great condition and we enjoyed our 6 day stay!

Great rental with a lot of amenities
This was a great place to stay at. Not only did the house have plenty of amenities, the neighborhood also included plenty of things to do such as 2 pools with a splash pad, parks and a fishing pond. The house was spacious and felt like home. This was the first time my parents stayed in a rental home. They usually get hotels, and they were able to experience a better way to stay on vacation. The private pool was great. My brother even learned how to swim for his first time. We will definitely rent this place again.

Perfect Getaway!
We LOVED staying here! There were so many things in the house to keep kids of all ages entertained. The home was clean and in a beautiful area. We came down for a lacrosse tournament and were pleasantly surprised to find a cooler in the garage to use at the fields. The management was amazingly kind and gave us a credit when we had to leave early after one of our players broke his arm. We definitely want to come back when the arm heals and spend more time poolside!

This house has everything you need to combat the Arizona heat in comfort. We had a great time at the pool and the beds are so comfortable. The location is great for any sort of shopping and activities., We even drove to Sedona for a day for some hiking (loved that as well). We will definitely be back here for the holidays with our parents!

Great Place but being abused!
When we arrived we found the TV broken, Pool broken and cabinet sticky. This is a great entertaining house but seems the people before us did not do it favors. We had no TV working in the main living area. The pool had a ton of white rocks in the drain filter with the pool pump not working till we had a few days left. Overall the house is great but it does need some tendering loving care to keep it up. I am still trying to deal with Evolve on getting a credit on the amenities I was supposed to have.

Chad, we want all our guests to rest easy and we're sorry to hear there were some issues during your stay. We've passed along your feedback to the homeowner, and would like to share the following: - The previous guest checked-out the day of your check-in, and upon leaving they had notified the owner they had broken the TV and the pool pump was destroyed - The owner apologizes for the inconvenience but they have replaced the TV and had the pool pump repaired We, along with the homeowners, strive to provide excellent guest experiences. We're confident this home will continue to host many satisfied guests!

Great getaway home
This home was lovely! It was clean, spacious and had a beautiful mediterranean feel. There were 6 of us and it accomodated us beautifully. Back yard is wonderful and loved the fireplace. Well stocked with all the amenities you could need for your stay. The property management company was very good and gave us all the info we needed for a smooth check in/check out process. The only thing that could be improved is the wifi. The connection would drop on us often and we would lose netflix during a movie. We would stay here again in a heart beat! It is a beautiful, comfortable home. We settled in quickly on arrival. Thanks for a wonderful getaway from the cold Canadian snow!
