Your private retreat features a plush queen-size mattress, a spacious closet, dresser, and a 43” Roku Smart TV. The attached en-suite bathroom includes a full-service shower and essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A small property safe is provided for added convenience. ➤ We use third-party provider Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. As a condition of booking our property we require the booking guest to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($35) via third party provider Truvi, which will protect you and your guests in case of accidental damage of up to $500 during your stay.
➤ Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled, otherwise the reservation is at risk of cancellation.
➤ Driveway parking for (3) vehicles. Covered parking for (1) vehicle. There is one electric vehicle charger available.
➤ Please note: Oleander bushes are present in the backyard. Oleander is highly toxic to pets if ingested. For the safety of animals, pets are not allowed on the property.
