Schlechtes Personal! Karge Zimmer
Zimmer waren recht klein und spärlich eingerichtet. Die Aussicht war ernüchternd. Ich blickte direkt in ein Parkhaus. Das schlimmste war, als ich in der ersten Nacht mich schlafen legen wollte, entdeckte ich Samenflecken in der Mitte des Betts. Auf der Bitte hin die Bettlaken und den Überzug der Decke auszutauschen, versuchte ein Herr mir die Laken erst einfach so in die Hände zu drücken. Ich bat ihm darum, dies bitte selber zu übernehmen. Als ich ihn dabei sogar half, das Laken zu spannen, fragte er mich schnippisch, ob ich mich nun wie „eine queen“ fühlen würde! So ein Personal müsste man entlassen.

I was in town for graduation and was great choice for my overall experience and night i informed my family didn’t know if I’d show up after laying in the bed felt so comfortable after a early 3am start from nw burbs of Chicago. This property has a great location close to Rittenhouse Square and City Hall. It is conveniently located near many restaurants, the train station, and several SEPTA lines. The staff with whom I interacted were friendly. My issue with the hotel is there is zero noise proofing. I specifically asked for a quiet room, as I am a light sleeper, and I could hear conversations in the hall as well as the traffic from Market St. a block away. If you are a heavy sleeper or are not interested in sleep, this could be a great hotel. If you are a light sleeper like me, don't expect to get any rest at this hotel.

Corporate hipster aesthetic complete with a condesa/Mexico City themed bar restaurant area with the charm of a Cincinnati Applebees. Rooms are meant to be edgy but the harsh lighting, laminate floors, raw concrete ceilings, and dysfunctional electric industrial blinds offer the aesthetic comfort of a Norwegian prison cell. On the upside: staff was nice and everything was clean. If the rates were $100 less/night our judgement would have been less harsh.

The hotel itself was very nice. Room was small but so well done. Would have given 5 stars, but the music from the rooftop bar was so loud that it made sleeping a challenge. When I mentioned this to the front desk they said that the rooftop was a separate owner and that they have made attempts to ask them to lower it,but with no success. They did apologize for the noise.

I stayed 3 nights and was told that I was gonna have someone refresh my room and bring new towels each day I was there. No one came, so I called down to the service center and asked for new towels. I had to call multiple times until the night before I left someone finally brought new towels smh. Someone had a party on my floor, and they were literally so loud between 12 AM and 4AM. I didn’t get any sleep and there was nothing I could do about it because no one was at the front desk to receive a complaint. The room is extremely small with hardly any sink space the bathroom. When I was standing at the sink brushing my teeth, my legs would touch the toilet because it was so close to the sink. The cloth shower curtain in the bathroom was stained and disgusting. They need to replace those. I like the TV and the hardwood floors, but I expected more for the $630 I spent for 3 nights. No complimentary water, nothing. The Cambria hotel is much bigger and better hotel. I would recommend going with them if it’s cheaper on the days you’re going. Overall nice location near a lot of things

It was a nice place. Walking distance to the 30th train station. It was quiet. Would recommend the Motto.
