„A great house to join together with my family from out of state. The house was. Clean and as described, well stocked and comfortable. The weather wasn’t great - but if it was, u easily could have seen us staying by the dock all day kayaking and using the SUP’s. Derrick communicated well. Definitely rent the golf cart. Also, the house itself is pretty quiet- the sound doesn’t travel room to room - which was nice with multiple families. “

„Amy was wonderful to deal with. The house is perfect for a larger group. The elevator allowed us to bring our 85 year old mom who loved watching us on the boat from the cover porch. Several age groups were part of this trip and everyone loved their experience (not always easy to pull this off). The fire pit out back was great for the evenings. The highlight is the boat dock. „The house is adorable, we loved spending the weekend at this location. I will say that the cleanliness & updating of furniture was a bit off when it came to this house: - the couch has massive stains, we ended up covering the couch with extra sheets. - there are fake limes in the dining room table that have bite marks on them. - the bed mattresses are very hard - would recommend taking your own pillows as well. - the master bedroom fan works but the light wouldn’t turn off so it got stuffy in ...

„This house is located on one of the best locations on the lake; peaceful cove but located near Tim’s Ford Marina. Bedrooms are good size; family room is big and great for family game time. Kids loved the large bunk room. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a very good family vacation. Would rent again.“

„We used this location as a base to visit Huntsville and Nashville. Everything in the house was in perfect working condition, the kitchen was well supplied with dishes and the utensils are plentiful and in good condition. I really appreciated the knives. „Absolutely loved this house. Everything is clean, stocked for anything you can possibly think of. Board games, upstairs arcade games, cute patio sitting, lake towels, fun golf cart, and quick trip to the lake. Loved the kitchen to cook for 6, coffee station was wonderful in the AM and enjoyed all our beverages on the porch. Owner was quick to respond to all our questions! Would recommend for any families and hope to come back.“
