The back bedroom boasts its own private back porch while the front porch is large and open enough for the whole crew. You can enjoy coffee and/or evening refreshments while enjoying the Florida weather- rain or shine!

The spacious kitchen has ample counter space and an eat-in bar. In the back of the house, the laundry and mud room is perfect to stash all the traveling debris. An open yard affords plenty of parking for you and your guests (and a boat or two if you’d like!).

Natural light floods the home from sunrise to sunset while the updated HVAC system keeps you cool and comfortable. The front bedroom is darker (great for those who like to sleep in!) while the back bedroom get the early morning rays.
