„The property set the bar for a relaxing, yet engaging, vacation. The room was spacious, as we were accommodating five people.The food choices were diverse and the pool areas were laid out beautifully. The live music by the pool was such a a nice touch, and there was any activity one could want by the water. A swift walk to the beach for another adventure directly across from the hotel set the tone for a day of fun I. The sun. We will be back. “

„We had a lovely stay! The house was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. We liked the layout with a kitchen and living room on each floor. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was fantastic. Communication was great. 10/10 stay all around! “

„Although this is an older property, it had every comfort and convenience. For us the old Florida feel made it more homey and enjoyable. Perfect for large groups and multigenerational family gatherings. The game room and outdoor seating brought all ages together! And lots of privacy for elders and teens. Dave and Tim were very responsive and helpful. Location ideal to walk to beach, launch kayaks or drive or ride the bicycles to dining and shopping. We had a wonderful stay. “

„EXCEEDED expectations! Not only was the property exactly as described but the owner provided so many extras…beach chairs, beach wagons, beach towels, floats, corn hole, binoculars, bicycles, fully-equipped kitchen, and even two full size refrigerators in the kitchen. Beach access was a 3-minute walk. And we thoroughly enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. I also loved that you had a great view of the ocean AND the Santa Rosa sound from the balconies. „This place was absolutely fantastic! Photos can’t capture how magical this place is. We loved the location, too. It’s an easy walk to the beach and not far from all the fun Pensacola Beach has to offer. The front porch was a great place to watch the sunset. "Alles war super und sauber, nur die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Zimmers und Badezimmers könnte etwas moderner sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das angebotene Frühstück war sehr reichlich mit Brot, Bagels, Waffeln, Obst, Saft, Eiern, Würstchen o.ä., Früchtecocktails zum Essen, Konfitüre und Frischkäse. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Strand und Fishing-Pier und dem Boardwalk an der Lagune. Wir werden es wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind!!!"
