Our host was excellent to work with, always in contact with us prior to and throughout our stay. We will definitely be back and will book with David again. The condo was very clean and a lot bigger than we had expected which was great.

The condo was exactly as described and more. We loved the queen on queen bunk beds. Very spacious and clean. Check out instructions were very simple and not long. Making it a very easy hassle free check out process. Would definitely come back

Beautiful Property in a Perfect Location!

This property was absolutely beautiful—tastefully decorated with a charming nautical beach theme that instantly made us feel like we were on vacation. It's perfectly situated between Destin and Fort Walton, giving us easy access to both areas without the heavy crowds.The unit was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From kitchen essentials to beach items, the thoughtful amenities made a big difference. The check-in and check-out process was smooth overall, and we appreciated receiving clear, concise instructions ahead of time, including all necessary passwords and access information.The only reason I'm giving the check-in process 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a small hiccup with early entry. We were told we might be able to check in early if the cleaning was finished. Despite texting the rental agency before 3:00 pm, we were informed the unit wasn’t ready yet, and we’d get an email if early access became available. We received an email at 5:37 pm stating our code would activate at 2:00 pm, though the official check-in time was 4:00 pm. With a 3- and 4-year-old in our group, getting into the lazy river earlier would’ve been a huge bonus.That said, this minor inconvenience didn’t take away from how much we loved our stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing vacay

The pictures on th listing don’t do this condo justice. We had so much room to spread out and the access to the pools and lazy river was wonderful. Communication with the rental company was fast and easy! Check in was great and effortless, as well as check out procedure! Great stay and we would highly recommend!

The property was clean, and outside pool area was beautiful. JT was so helpful getting us into the room early. We were able to drop off all our luggage in the room, and head straight to the water. Destin was only a ten minute trip in an uber so location was great too. It was off season, so easy to get into all restaurant's. We would highly recommend this property

Simply Relaxing & Fantastic

The property was exactly as stated. Excellent communication, bonus we had an early check-in and the lazy river was fantastic. We ate outside on the balcony for every meal, could not get enough of the view. We did not encounter one single issue. There were so many extras at the condo you could not have asked for more. Perfect place for us

We loved our stay so much we are considering a permanent purchase in Destin West. This unit is even prettier than the pictures show. We loved the view of the bay and the spacious deck. Perfect for playing games is rain pays a visit. Master BDRM bed was so comfortable I looked to see who made it. Double Queen bunk beds were perfect for our grown children. The lazy River was perfect for our crew. I must admit we did not spend as much time on the beach as usual due to the walk and hear but loved the lazy River and side pools. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the table seated our entire crew. The king in the second bedroom was perfect for the grandparents and a private deck off their room allowed for early risers to look at the Gulf. Great unit, great property and a wonderful time!
