The open-concept main floor flows naturally between kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Comfortable seating includes a queen sleeper sofa, rocker chairs, and leather reading chair. Smart TV with satellite and cable service provides entertainment, while French doors open to both the covered front porch and private back deck. Distinctive Chicago brick flooring and ceiling fans throughout add character and comfort.



The fully equipped kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, granite countertops, breakfast bar seating for 4, and gas range with copper hood statement piece. Appliances include full-size refrigerator with ice maker and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and kettle. Complete cookware, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and wine glasses mean you're ready to cook everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners.

The charming dining nook features a round glass-top table with built-in window seat plus additional chairs, seating 6 guests comfortably. Large windows overlook tree-lined streets, creating an inviting space for family meals or morning coffee.
