Docks on Old River 12C is a waterfront, family friendly condo. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Has cable TV in the living room and smart TV's in both bedrooms. Come watch the sunset from the spacious balcony overlooking the Old River in Perdido Key. This unit is located in the gated community of Docks on Old River and includes an outdoor pool, outdoor grilling/seating area and fishing pier.

Free Wifi is also included. Located on third floor, elevators available.

**Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!
