Surrounded by a beautiful tropical paradise, you can relax in the sparkling blue waters of the resort-style pool or take advantage of the shaded heated indoor pool! Soak your worries away in the bubbling jacuzzi, as well! Take a short walk over the dune crossovers and feel the 500 feet of private, sugar-white sand between your toes. Johnson's Beach is a short stroll away.

Beach Colony West PH2C is within walking distance to restaurants, quaint shops with ice cream and a daquiri bar. Two grocery stores and fishing tackle are less than a mile away. Some off-site activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
