Relaxing beach getaway
Stayed 7 days in December, outside of it being cool and windy our stay was relaxing. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and well stocked with everything and more you would need. Host was very accommodating. Location is on the sound but it is a very short walk to the beach. One of the whitest sand beaches and very clean. I will definitely stay again if my travels bring me back to Pensacola

The place was clean with large rooms. The drawback was a continuous banging in the outside wall and the drafty window. Of course you werent expecting "gale girce" winds and freezing temps. The banging kept us awake most of the time and my bedroom was cold due to wind coming thru the broken window. The last nite was calm and no banging. Would be helpful to kniw about the toll road and no elevator.

A short walk to the beach
It had had some hurricane damage and the coffee pot needed to be cleaned upon arrival. The pictures on VRBO had show the beach right outside our window, but we were up 4 stories high. The condo was nice and quiet and we looked out on the bay and saw dolphins and lots of bird life. Close to restaurants and beaches and The owner just fixed up the bathrooms with new tile and it was the perfect size. It was worth the money. If you did some more improvements, I believe you would have a goldmine.

TV hard to operate, 5 second wait for on button to respond. Parents, be aware of vizio +, movies stream one after the other and could be R rated. Downloading occurs during program which can take 15-20 minutes. Would stay here again. Comfortable condo.

The condo was very accommodating for what the three of us needed. Had all the essentials. The one disappointment was the beach appeared to be right across the street and an easy walk. There is a private complex across the street with a gate which meant we had to drive to the beach with all of our beach things (chair, coolers, bags). Overall, would stay again.

Perfect condo by the beach
The condo was within good walking distance to the beach. Quiet condo area and great location to everything we needed. We stayed late August and wasn't as busy as when we stayed in the area in May. Definitely will stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. Had little problem with lock but call owner and they were on the job immediately and got back with my prominently. Very nice people. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Pool was excellent... We will definitely be back. Thank you very much! I highly recommend staying here at the Baywatch.

Affordable condo accomplished what we needed
We had a good stay but it definitely could’ve been better. There were some cleanliness issues that should be dealt with that would be involved in a deep clean like ceiling fans for example. The property is damaged from a storm which was unfortunate especially since we didn’t know before arriving but it only affected access to the sound pier and some of the walkways. We also would’ve appreciated knowing that hand soap and dish soap and I’m not sure what else isn’t provided. Some was left behind by the last family but it would be nice to know this stuff beforehand so you could pack it as these are things we needed upon arrival, not after grocery shopping. The den furniture is not comfortable and doesn’t accommodate 4 people comfortably. We only had two adults and two kids and it was difficult so I can imagine four adults would be even harder. We enjoyed being at the beach and having a safe place to sleep. We’d love to see the property fixed up a little and try it again another time.

I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your stay. Thank you for your suggestion on specifying that we do not provide soaps rather than not having soaps listed as an amenity. We unfortunately had to replace our sofa/loveseat last minute because it was destroyed by a previous renter. We'll look into getting additional seating in the living room area. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to hosting you in future.

Perfect spot, condo is great!

Love Baywatch
D5 was everything we needed it to be. Spotlessly clean, stocked kitchen tools, smelled good, and comfy. We did notice there were no bathroom floor mats, so had to use towels, and a towel bar was pulled from the wall. Minor things that didn’t affect our stay. We love the location of Baywatch and will continue to stay there. Thank you!

Great stay in Paradise
We've stayed in Baywatch community,building multiple times before and we have never had any problems. Elevator does not work,not a deal breaker,needed the exercise. TV is limited on what you can watch,didn't care. I'm not on vacation to watch TV. Place was well stocked with everything you need except for wash cloths and that wasn't a deal breaker either because the condo is equipped with washer and dryer. There was only two in the condo for two people for four days. So we washed,no big deal. Overall we were pleased and enjoyed our stay. Area is quite after 10 PM,which is very nice. Short drive to Gulf Islands National Park. Til next time Pensacola...✌️❤️

Our host is wonderful! We ended going to the wrong condo and hilarity ensued. She was easy to get in touch with and she even called later to make sure every thing was okay. Very clean, comfortable condo with everything you need for a great stay. Covered garage is great bonus! Beautiful views!

View of the waters is great! Beach access is across the road and accessible within 5 minutes. I enjoyed going on a beach walk every morning. Fort Pickens is 6 to 7 miles away with many more beautiful white beaches to enjoy. I enjoyed my stay and wish I had planned for more days. Would definitely like to come back again sometime. -- M.R.

We loved this place on Pensacola Beach!
My husband and I loved this place! We live in DC and I am originally from Pensacola, and I highly recommend this getaway space. The condo unit is spacious for two people, has amazing views of the sound and the beach as well as a balcony that is like viewing a piece of paradise with views of the Gulf Island Sound from both the living room and the master bedroom with access to the balcony from both rooms. The guest bedroom has and front entrance has a view of the beach and the covered parking space is great. There's also a very calming sound of the fountain in the man-made lake on the property that can be heard from the master bedroom and living that is like music to the ears and soul when relaxing on the balcony and when resting. The place is very close to Peg Leg Pete's restaurant, a convenience store, and there's a Publix and Walmart within a couple of miles over the bridge to Gulf Breeze and it's very close to Pensacola downtown and convenient to the airport. My husband and I are a gay male couple - I am Black and my husband is White - and we felt very comfortable and welcome and we highly recommend staying here!

Nice, clean spot that is far enough away to be out of the hussle and bussle, but close enough to get to restaurants, stores, etc. Nice beaches and walking routes right there, but 20-30 mins to downtown Pennsacola if you like. One small issue we had was just finding the unit in the dark. Numbering could be more visible, but great place. Would stay again

Great location
This was our first "beach rental" at Pensacola Beach. Previous beach vacations have been at beach houses in Fort Morgan, AL. The condo was small, but more than adequate, particularly when it was just my husband and me. (Our grandkids were with us for several days.) Even though there are two bedrooms and baths, the living room area was cramped with four people and the furniture was not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking, and the ice maker in the fridge is a plus if you have people who fish in your party. The location was terrific--a quick one-block walk to beach access. The area is great--very bike and pedestrian friendly, and the beaches were incredibly clean. The unit is two flights up, so that may be a consideration for people when lugging coolers and luggage, etc. The master bedroom bed was too soft. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Nice quiet place for a get away to the beach. The unit was comfortable and the complex was quiet. We had a full two days at the Beach. Close to public access to the beach and short drive to downtown Pensacola. We did not spend much time in doors, but out in the historic district in Pensacola, out at the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and out on the beach.

We enjoyed staying at this condo, the size is on the smaller side and it has no dining area but we were comfortable. The hot water is scalding so be cautious if you've little kids. We love the location of the condo, very convenient for going to Ft Pickens which we visited everyday during our stay.

The condo had a great view of the bay. Loved the condo's grounds. One of the last complex on the west side of the island. Very private. Bed was very comfortable. Huge kitchen. Pots and pans could use replacement, but normal for a rental. All in all I would stay there again.
