„Cute property with easy access to our Conestoga wagon. We stayed for two days and loved it. Horse drawn buggies going by all day, nice little creek right next to the wagon. Very peaceful. Kathryn was very accomodating and promptly responded to my emails. We have twin 13 year old boys who are more like high school size and they enjoyed the bunk bed. We would definitely stay again.“

„If you want to get away and relax this is the spot. It's about a minute walk from where you park to the camp area. Just secluded enough to feel so private, but you'll still hear horses not far. The wagon was wonderful, bed was comfortable and the hot tub was to die for. I didnt see it listed anywhere but there is a mini fridge on site which was amazing to find once we got there. It's a wonderfully unique experience, one we will be doing again any time we're back in the Lancaster area!“

„We fell in love with the space from the moment we drove in. It is everything we want for ourselves someday. Donnie was friendly, helpful, and generous. The creek was really high the first 2 days we were there; the area got a lot of rain just a couple of days before we arrived. And although the days were hot, the evenings were cool and amazing. There were cool mushrooms on site, mallard ducks and damselflies that visited us, and another elusive visitor at night. Watching him and his family ...

„This place is amazing, falling asleep listening to the running water and wild turkeys is the best. The shower is great never runs out of hot water. This is by far the best place to stay if you love nature. The host is great and easy to get a hold of. We just booked for a week in September. Just love it.“
