„Wonderful stay, Brian at the front desk upon checking in was helpful and friendly. I wish the pillows on the bed were bigger and more there were two pillows on the kingsize bed and I had to ask for more. I would definitely stay there again. We did have the fire alarm go off at 2am and were outside for almost an hour. I did not think there was much communication so that could be improved.“

„The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. Everything which is needed also for longer stay (e.g. couch, chairs, etc.) is there. Hence, also suited for longer stays while working entire time from room is really ok. Staff is partially numb and appears disconnected, while others are very friendly and nice. „Since we had a very late flight to New York, it was clear from the start that we wouldn't arrive at the hotel until after midnight. I had to call twice and write three emails before I got a reasonable answer. We arrived at the hotel at around 2:00 am. A very grumpy night porter first wanted the credit card to block a security deposit of $400. This is not stated anywhere, neither on the Expedia website nor on the hotel website. It was made clear to us, no credit card - no room, what's the ...

„Gutes PLV, Frühstück war gut“

„Room was very well appointed; particularly the bathroom. Comfortable bedding and blackout curtains that actually functioned as blackout curtains.“

„Juice machine for morning breakfast was out of order. When asked it's been out for some time. Breakfast selection was not much. Elevator needs attention. Shaking, very noisy and I chose the stairs. Vents in the bathroom were noticably dirty. Hallways were dark and dingy. Staff when encountered were short (rude) with answers as if I interrupted something. Would not return to this location even if offered a free stay. This location needs corporate to order an audit.“

„Gutes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp “

„Super Hotel,gerne wieder“
