Sehr saubere Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen. Schöne Umgebung, nette Bars und Bistros nebenan. 20 min. zum Louvre zu Fuss.

Was as shown. In great area. Up alot of stairs which was fine for us. Needs to streamline communication. I like the app but not all info was there. Some in email and some in text which was hard while we were traveling. Once we got someone on the phone it was all straightened out within minutes. After that everything was great.

Terrible experience.

The location is great, close to metro station and short walk to Louvre. That is where it ends. I was traveling with my senior mother and 10yr old daughter.1. Checkmyguest (CMG) did not send the check in code so we were not able to get the keys at first from the keynest location- this person is just a key guy and cannot do anything without a code. He let me use his phone to call CMG as they did not reply to mytexts.2. Texts went unanswered, sometime got through on phone. Got best response when called vrbo first and they contacted CMG on my behalf.3. Apartment is advertised as 2 bathrooms- toilet and showers only- actually only 1 toilet.4. Damages on arrival- No window covering (and building is being refinished so workmen on scaffolding could see inside our apartment), stains on couch, and pillows, broken shelves- sent videos to vrbo for proof - expect damage deposit to be returned.5. Door keys stopped working- were locked out for 10min one night at 930pm and no reply.and other nights similar- no response from anyone about help, locksmith, etc6. Locked out of building with others for 2.5hrs on street, people locked inside as main fob panel power went out - finally got in when a owner arrived due to tenant complaints, left building unsecured for evening as a “solution”- owner examined our door and confirmed keys did not work in lock properly. We did not feel safe and left that night having to get an expensive last minute hotel- no word from CMG in regards to my concerns

Cleanliness problems and a tiny ladder to loft

The flat itself is mostly fine, but there are a few big things that weren’t mentioned in the listing. For starters, it’s on the top floor, so you have to climb several flights of stairs to get there. On top of that, the loft, which is described as a bedroom, is only accessible by a steep, attic-style ladder. When we got there, the flat was dirty. There were dust balls and long dark hairs on the floor and on the shower walls. We asked the management company to have it cleaned, and while they were quick to respond, the process was a hassle. They said the cleaning would be done by noon, but when we went to pick up the keys at 5 PM, the flat still wasn’t ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes, which was frustrating.The worst part, though, was after the cleaning not only was there still long hairs on the shower walls and all of the bed linens had blood on then. It seems like the cleaner cut their hand and didn’t realize. We found this out late at night when we were getting into bed and saw blood on the loft bedding. Luckily, there were spare linens in a closet, but it was pretty gross and not what you’d expect.We’ve asked for a partial refund because of all this, but the management company hasn’t gotten back to us yet.

Lovely stay in Paris

The apartment was in a great location, very close to metro, lovely restaurants, shopping , groceries. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Be prepared for lots of stairs .

Nice location

Was located in the middle of Paris, good location, easy to get to metro. Only downfall was lack of communication on exactly what apartment room we were in, so we had to just check random doors until we found the correct apartment because they are not labeled or identified, it was on the top floor and skinny stair rails. Aprt was nice and clean and lots of space, is a open loft with pull down stairs to get up to loft, i feel that was not stated very well, can hear whoever stays in loft but over all enjoyed skinny stairwells, so iyolub.Prepared
