Persönlich eingerichtet, gemütlich, mit warmen Farben. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen, mit dem Bus 63 schnelle direkte Verbindung zur Garde de Lyon. Zu Fuss sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum erreichbar und Restaurants gibt es genug. Mein Einzelzimmer war gekonnt in einen Winkel eingebaut, unten ein gut ausgestattetes Bad, oben das Bett, da hat sich ein Innenarchitekt wirklich Gedanken gemacht.

Wirklich alles toll! Kleines Zimmer ist aber typisch für Paris, aber was für ein Zimmer: wunderschön! Wirklich wie auf den Fotos großes Bett mit polsterkopfteil schöne andere Möbel und ein toller kleiner Balkon mit einer super Aussicht auf die Stadt. Badezimmer großzügig und wow toll! Frühstück kann man auch gut nutzen obwohl es ja so viel in der Umgebung gibt deswegen haben wir es nur einmal genutzt um uns am ersten Tag so richtig zu stärken und ansonsten haben wir uns wo anders was geholt, aber das soll jeder machen wie er mag. Super Lage noch dazu man ist gleich nicht mal 5 Minuten vom Panthéon entfernt und in die andere Richtung braucht man etwa 10 Minuten zu Nôtre Dame und das alles nur zu Fuß! Aber Metro und Busstationen gibt es drum rum massig, wer die mal nutzen will/muss. Nur zu empfehlen ist also das Geld wert!

Das Hotel liegt zentral mit guter Bus- und Metroanbindung. Mein Einzelzimmer entsprach genau den Fotos - Jubel: keine Photoshoptricksereien!!- und lag erfreulicherweise zu einer kleinen Gasse hin. Ruhiger geschlafen habe ich deshalb aber nicht: Zimmer 37 liegt genau neben dem Aufzug. Dass Zimmer meiner Freundin -ebenfalls ein Einzelzimmer- im dritten Stock auch... Allerdings lag der Preis für ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel aber auch wirklich im unteren Bereich. Was die Sauberkeit anging, gab es wenig zu beanstanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, das Frühstück zwar leider gar nicht abwechslungsreich, aber gut in der Qualität. In der Summe aber absolut empfehlenswert

Sehr schön! Super nette Bedienung und Personal, leider sehr laut, nicht von die Straße sonder von andere Gäste, scheint die Wände sehr dünn zu sein.... Lohnt sich von verkhertsmittel, sehr nah am Metro wo alles zu erreichen ist.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer zentrale Lage. Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbare Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sehr schnuckelig und sehr stilvoll angerichtet. Ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht.

Tolle Lage
Ein schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenige Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Netter Empfang und ordentliches Frühstück. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Hotel in guter Lage
Das Hotel könnte von mir besser bewertet werden, wenn die Zimmer zur Straße bei nachts geöffnetem Fenster nicht so laut wäre und wenn der Service besser wäre. Die Männer an der Reception waren durchweg nicht besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe einmal einen Tisch in einem Restaurant reservieren lassen. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass dieser Bitte gerne entsprochen wurde. Ähnlich war es bei der Bestellung von Konzertkarten. Es funktionierte nicht und ich ging am morgen personlich hin, um für den Abend in der Madeleine Karten zu kaufen. Es gibt im Zimmer keinen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Wasser und noch nicht einmal eine Wasserflasche für die Nacht. Im Bad fehlen Kleenex -Tücher. Dennoch ein gut gelegenes apartes und schön gestaltetes kleines Hotel.

If you're looking for that incredibly charming, little Parisien hotel - look no further. This is it. Lovely design, location and very friendly and accomodating service. That woman at the front desk could not be sweeter or more helpful. And fairly priced. I went with a friend (we got 2 rooms) and he was blown away by the value. You could spend more and not get a more charmingly appointed and decorated room. (you can find bigger, but at 3-4 times the price). Will return.

There is a Chinese restaurant and an Italian restaurant 2 to 3 minutes' walk from the hotel. It is affordable and there is a small supermarket nearby. very satisfied.

Although the hotel was quaint & provides the Paris vibe you would expect from an older hotel. Safety was a huge concern for my friend and I. The keys are left in cubbies behind the desk which is not properly attended. one day we were given the wrong key # - giving us access to someone else's room. I realized his mistake, and brought the key back. Two times we went to return our key before leaving and no one was at the desk. A guy came in while we were standing there and retrieved a key- was it his? or someone else's. We brought this up with the attendant, and she said "we have to leave to go to the bathroom." Which means, anyone can come in off the street, take your room key while the attendant is using the bathroom. If safety is important to you, then I would not recommend this hotel.

We just returned from our Paris trip and staying at the Hotel & Spa Saint Jacques. We loved this hotel! The staff were simply amazing and great to talk with. They arraigned round trip airport transportation for us and we always available to help with questions. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were delicious and filling! The hotel is perfectly located for walking to many museums and landmarks. We walked everywhere and everything we wanted to see and do was well within a hour or less walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again on our next visit to Paris.

This is a beautiful, old building that has been modernized. The lobby is small but very well decorated. The staff are absolutely fabulous and will go above and beyond to help in any way they can. The hotel is well located in the Latin Quarter with many bars and restaurants close by. It is also very close to the Metro, Notre Dame and the Pantheon. Overall, our stay was fantastic. The only reason I am marking the hotel down a little is due to the room. The room was exceptionally clean but very small. In a European City, I would expect the room to be small so this wasn't a problem. However, there was no drawers in the room at all. There was a wardrobe with 6 hangers in it. For a week for 2 people, that doesn't give much space for clothes. Also, the wardrobe was so close to the end of the bed, you couldn't really get past it to get to the bathroom or out of the room. The other issue with the room was the bathroom. Again, it was small but very clean and modern. The shower, which had plenty of hot water and great water pressure, was inside the very high bathtub. Anyone with mobility issues would not be able to get in and out of this bath. Also, there was no grab rails so stepping out of the shower was rather treacherous as the water always came out of the shower onto the tiled floor making it extremely slippery. Overall, my husband and I loved our stay here but there are just a couple of things that need attention.

Tein itse virheen ja varasin yhden hengen huoneen. Se oli pieni, sänky tosin mukava nukkua. Suihkutila ei ollut tilavuudella pilattu. Huoneen sisustus oli maskuliiniseen makuun sopiva. Hotellilla on kuitenkin todella kauniita huoneita ja tilavia eli suosittelen myös yksinmatkustaville ottamaan suurempi kahden hengen huone. Huone ei ollut kauhean pieni mutta itse kaipaan tilaa liikkua joten mukavuustaso kärsi jonkin verran varsinkin kun olin 2 vk lomalla. Hotellilta helppo kulkea keskustaan tai ottaa metro.

My mother, daughter and I recently traveled to Paris and stayed at this beautiful property. Staying at St. Jacques was one of our favorite parts of our trip. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and our bedroom was both beautiful and comfortable. The hotel itself is incredibly convenient to sites, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood is very safe. We highly recommend this beautiful property!

This hotel is excellent!!! It is located just below the Pantheon, minutes walk to almost everything, such as Metro station, restaurants of different styles, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, laundry marts. All the staff there were super nice and super helpful. They gave us a very warm welcome and let us in the room even we arrived long before the check in time (supposed to be 3 pm). During our stay, they went out their ways and tried their best to help us. They made us feel like home (thanks a million!). The hotel is decorated the old style (many paintings, statues in the reception area, the hallway, in the room etc.) but with modern convenience and comfort. For example, there is nice staircase but also an elevator. Our room was not big but it has almost everything needed. There is a queen size bed and a real single bed (not a couch bed), perfect for a family of three like us. The room has a full bathroom, a balcony, a closet, a table, a chair and two nightstands and it has air conditioning. I stayed in two hotels before in Paris for work. They were nice but this one certainly is better.

I absolutely loved this hotel! We very much were looking for a hotel that exuded a French ambiance, and the décor of the lobby and the room exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival (sleep deprived and exhausted from our transatlantic flight), we were greeted by pleasant staff, who not only assured us that our room was ready, but had even upgraded our room. We were able to get in a cat nap which set our vacation off on the right foot. The upgraded room had the most quaint and perfect balcony (perfect for sipping café in the morning and taking in the city sights and sounds). The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but it was exemplified the most as we were leaving the hotel. On the last day as we were leaving (intending to take the RER to the airport) the concierge noted to us that the RER was experiencing heavy delays and arranged for a taxi to transport us instead. she provided us with cappuccino and pastries as we waited. The taxi arrived within minutes and thus our trip was not delayed and we were able to start the day with food & drink in our bellies. The location of the hotel was a mere block away from Maubert metro stop which made it super convenient to get where ever you wished to go; and for the first day, a simple jaunt up the hill to the Pantheon was a quick adventure to start off our trip. I can not emphasize enough how wonderful our experience was.
