Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in idealer Lage. Die Zimmer sind winzig und waren - in unserem Fall - nur über eine enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. Trotzdem fühlt man sich wohl: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Also: nichts, wenn man viel Zeit im Hotel verbringen möchte, aber ideal, wenn man einen Ort sucht, von dem man aus schnell die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen will.

Nettes ruhiges Hotel, nur das Bad ist sehr klein und für größere Menschen 1,80 plus nicht sehr geeignet, dadurch das kein Duschvorhang da ist ist das Bad schnell überschwemmt.

Verlustreicher Aufenthalt
Leider sind wir da in einer Diebeshöhle gelandet. Ein Schal kam abhanden und, was schlimmer war, zwei Schmuckstücke (Ketten), die sich unter Wäsche versteckt in einem geschlossenen Koffer befanden. Wir stellten den Verlust bei der Rückkehr am frühen Abend des 29. Oktober fest. Der Koffer muß geöffnet und durchsucht worden sein. Nach menschlichem Ermessen kam dafür nur der Zimmerservice in Frage. Das Interesse an der Rezeption hielt sich in Grenzen; zuständig sei die Direktion, hieß es die aber sei nicht da. Erst nachdem wir Anzeige bei der Polizei erstattet hatten, notierte man sich immerhin unsere Kontaktdaten.

Sehr hübsches und gutes Stadthotel
Hotel hat viel Flair und eine sehr schöne Einrichtung. Das Zimme war relativ klein, aber geschickt mit den heute üblichen Ausstattungen (Dusche, Fön, Schreibtisch usw.) versehen und sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr umsichtig, freundlich und zuvorkommend hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ausreichend vielfältig und durchweg von sehr guter Qualität.

Good location in smaller, older but clean Hotel
Compared to the prices to be paid in other hotels, which may be a little more modern, it was absolutely ok. The rooms are small, but furnished appropriate (bathroom with shower, safe, desk, TV, phone, free WiFi in the room). Just be aware that the double beds are rather small and short (to fit the room). Also quite at night because it is not at a street with lots of traffic or restaurants and bars, but close (couple minutes walk) and you find all you need. Not a luxury place, but clean and to spend a few days to explore the city it is satisfactory.

All of the staff was super helpful. The rooms were quite small, but they were also very cute. The beds were comfortable. It would have been nice if the AC was an option, but the hotel does not turn it on until summer- understandable. Also, I picked the hotel because the description cited an elevator, and I saw it in the lobby, but it was not offered as an option in bringing the bags up and down. It was near everything, but we did not eat there. We might of if there was a bar and small bites to order throughout the day.

Excellent Left Bank location in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, couple of minutes from métro and buses, minutes walk to the Seine, Musée du Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries, Musée d'Orsay, Jardin du Luxembourg, shopping, dining, etc. Hotel spreads back through interconnecting buildings, which gives an added charm. A charm further enhanced by my room for one, which was small but totally perfect, a comfortable haven furnished and conceived to very high level. Great staff too!

Location!! Friendly staff! Safe. Had the family room option for two adults and two teenagers: two adjoined rooms, 3rd building, 5th floor. Clean and comfortable. Small elevator (holds two with bags,3-4 without but tight. Narrow, manageable stairs for those who walk stairs. No refrigerator in room. And like Paris, older building. In a great central location, walkable to most everything. Enjoy!

広くはないですが、１ー２名ではよい宿だと思います。 サンジェルマン・デュ・プレのよい場所にあり、宿も生活ですし、スタッフの質もよいと思います。価格も高いとは言えないと思います。 広くはないですし、唯一無二の宿ではないため、サンジェルマンが好き、ということでなければ、代替はあるようには思います。

My wife and I just stayed for four nights. We loved this place. The staff have been friendly and helpful. Even though it's technically a 3:00 check in no one had stayed in our room the night before, we arrived so they got us in at 9am at no extra cost. The breakfast was included in our package and has been good, eggs, croissants, cereal, so enough that even a picky eater can find something good. They provided umbrellas when it was raining. The front desk is always staffed and they are quick to help if you need them. The location puts you within walking distance of everything you'll want to visit, but you are just far enough off the Seine that it is very quiet. Now with all of that said, if you are coming from the United States and have never been to Europe you need to understand the rooms and bathrooms are a little smaller than the traditional US hotels but that goes for any hotel in Europe under 1500 a night. For the price here I feel this place is a steal. When we were leaving we w÷rent sure about our pickup ride and MeRouane at the front desk was quick to help and contact them. We even had the wrong number but he looked up the number and called for our confirmation.

Very run down. I was in a back building accessed from second floor, walked across a kind of roof deck with plastic grass and plastic flowers. Moldy small as soon as you open door to hall, my room smelled like mold and dirty diapers. There was an enormous Ventilation duct venting right outside my window, which is why I could not leave it open when I slept to get fresh air. I have a mild allergy, developed a sore throat and headache, had to sleep with an N95 mask. Carpeting in hall very dirty. Staff was just fine. They could not change my reservation for a refund, likely due to booking policies of hotels.com

Beautiful hotel in the perfect neighborhood, Saint Germain. The front desk staff were kind and very helpful with suggestions and directions. The housekeeping staff were excellent. The hotel and our room were very clean. Our room was amazing. We stayed in a two room suite on the top floor. The room was larger than we expected, and great for a family of four. The beds were perfect after long days exploring Paris. It was fairly warm during our stay and the air con worked well. As for the location, it could not be better. A quick walk to the metro, and the neighborhood has everything you need. We were very satisfied with our stay and will recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

Fantastic area for walking access to the Seine, Louvre, shopping and restaurants. Hotel decor is a bit dated, but attentive staff and crisp sheets made up for it. Breakfast in the hotel was ok, but for the price I'd walk and enjoy any and all of the many nearby cafes.

También especificamos en todos los sitios que no tenemos portero. Lamentamos si no leyó bien antes de reservar. Además, te quedaste 3 noches, podrías haberte puesto en contacto con la recepción.
