We booked this place when arriving in Paris. For us it was important that it had car parking (it doesn't but it was listed) and that we can all sleep in the room.
However, upon arrival, only two beds were made (no pillows), no parking (only public) and on top I had to sleep in the car at 34deg C because they didn't let me into the room as 3 pax is max.
When I arrived at the reception next morning and they asked me what room I was in (possibly I looked a bit shaggy after sleeping in the car) they let me up and I could at least brush my teeth.
I came back and the lady asked how the stay was, and I told her the truth.
- there was parking advertised, but no parking. She then started to yell at me and tell me it's my fault I have such a big car that doesn't fit into local public parking.
Since the Hotel listed parking available, I was assuming I can park on the property or near garage. However, our car is 1.99m tall, so I could not fit into the 1.90 garage that was nearby nor any other garages nearby. I ended up getting a spot on the curb which I figured out myself since the reception at night was unable to tell me how I can legally park my car.
- Then I told her I had to sleep in the car and she yelled at me for being demanding and it was clear that 3 pax is maximum (we have two small children, a family of 4)
I just tried to explain my case but she was yelling and yelling so we left, and she continued to yell after us on the street.
