Welcome to revolutionary Paris! The 11th arrondissement played a decisive role during the great workers' revolts of the 19th century. Formerly a working-class neighbourhood, the 11th arrondissement is today one of the “trendiest” districts of the capital, notably on the side of the Place de la Bastille with many bars with different atmospheres.

The XIth district is not the most tourist area, so there is little to see but much to experiment with. During the day, the Bastille is known for its column, but once night falls, the neighbourhood can finally express itself: restaurants, bars, nightclubs ... escape to the trendy Paris, full of life and madness. Are you looking for the fanciest atmosphere? Oberkampf is the place for you! Known as one of the city's most upscale neighbourhoods, enjoy bars and restaurants to sip your Mojito by listening to jazz on the terrace after a long day in the capital.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, République (lines: 3, 5, 8, 9, 11), is just a 2-minutes walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

NOTE: There is a doorbell camera which records the hallway and a decibel monitoring system.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
