Großartiges Feeling !
Erstklassiges Hotel. Die Betten waren ein Traum, wie es sich für ein 5 Sterne Hotel gehört, welches nicht immer der Fall ist. Damit meine ich die Qualität des Bettes bzw. Matratze. Hervorragende Schlafqualität. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Um den Empfangsbereich daher eine tolle Atmosphere und kein Gewusel von Menschen. Dies kommt fast einem VIP Sercive Feeling gleich. Ausgezeichnete Lage, mitten in der Stadt auf der berühmtesten Straße der Welt. Daher erschlägt einen das Angebot, sowie das geschäftige Treiben wenn man das Hotel verlässt. Dies sollte man bedenken. Ruhe findet man nur innerhalb des Hotels.

Gute Leistung trotz Baustelle
Das Zimmer wies einen sehr guten Komfort auf und wurde auch einwandfrei gereinigt. Einziger Minuspunkt, war der Umstand, dass es bei diesem Hotel teilweise Baulärm gab. Der war aber nicht besonders störend, weil nur durch den Tag hörbar.

I liked it because it was very convenient for many things we did around the city. However, it’s at the same time inconvenient to book a hotel on Champs Elysses; there was a super chaotic and heavy parade of people all day. It was difficult at times, to find your way to the hotel. My husband and I were not pleased with the way low ranking personnel treated us about assigning us a room that I hadn’t booked. I was told that not because I booked a certain room, I was going to get it. They used their own invented jargon to confuse me, and make me believe that this person was right, and I just had to accept the room because that was their policy. I told her that I was going to get in touch with Expedia, and I also needed to talk to the manager; that was the time when things turned out for the better for us. I was assigned the right room, also got a letter with an apology from the manager. I wasted a day fighting for the right to stay in the room I had payed for. SORRY FOR SAYING IT BUT IT CERTAINLY WAS NOT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR MY HUSBAND AND ME.

I disliked the fact that our 3 keys were cancelled after a few hours of getting them. We stayed 2 days and had to constantly go to the front desk to have them cleared. We felt as if we were treated like thieves.

This property was amazingly situated, we stayed in the renovated section and it was perfect for our family as it was a large suite. Charles at front desk was amazing and recommended some great local restaurants which added to our experience! 10 out of 10 team Frasers- will be back !

It was a nice hotel in the middle of champs Elyse’s. So many big shopping store. I would have loved it more, if they gave us more toilet paper. Breakfast in this hotel was fabulous. Staff was excellent and friendly. Very hard to get a taxi in a moment notice though.

Luxury overlooking the Champs Élysées
If you want to be in the middle of the bustle of the Champs Elysée this is the place for you. An executive room gives you a large opening door with views of the avenue and the top of the Eiffel Tower. Perfect for the Christmas lights season. The service was outstanding.

Although this was one of my go-to hotels in paris, the service was so bad. They were highly understaffed. We requested around 2 pillows and they didnt have it, they didnt give us a call back that they didnt have it and the next time we requested for pillows they said they dont have extra which was the first time I encountered in a 5 star hotel. Deeply disappointed by the service and the room. I dont think ill be back soon.
