This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.
The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people, a convertible armchair for 1 person and a smart TV.
As you enter the apartment, you'll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV and double sofa bed and a convertible armchair for 1 person,

By Plane:
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B train towards Saint-RĂ©my-lĂšs-Chevreuse until ChĂątelet-Les Halles. Change to Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle Ătoile and disembark at TrocadĂ©ro Station. Our property is a short stroll from here.
From Orly Airport (ORY): Opt for the Orlyval train to Antony. Switch to the RER B train towards Aeroport Charles de Gaulle and alight at Denfert-Rochereau. Transfer to Metro Line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle Ătoile, and exit at TrocadĂ©ro Station. A quick walk and you've arrived!
By Train:
From Gare du Nord/Gare de l'Est: Board Metro Line 4 in the direction of Mairie de Montrouge until Strasbourg Saint-Denis. Change to Line 9 towards Pont de SÚvres and alight at Trocadéro Station.

Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20⏠will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of âŹ250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): âŹ80 fee.
Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: âŹ90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: âŹ450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
