The Space:
Apartment located in one of Paris' most exclusive districts near the Eiffel Tower. You'll feel safe and secure in the heart of this exceptional district.
This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.
As you enter the apartment, you'll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV and a double sofa bed,
- two bedrooms with a queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- a washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B to Gare du Nord. Then, transfer to Metro Line 4 and get off at RĂ©aumur-SĂ©bastopol. After a short walk, youâll be at our door.
From Orly Airport (ORY):
Take the Orlyval light rail to Antony. From there, take the RER B towards ChĂątelet. At ChĂątelet, transfer to Metro Line 4 and get off at RĂ©aumur-SĂ©bastopol. A brief walk, and youâve arrived!
From Gare du Nord (Eurostar Terminal):
Directly take Metro Line 4 to RĂ©aumur-SĂ©bastopol. Our property is just a short walk away.
From Gare de Lyon:
Start with Metro Line 1 towards La DĂ©fense and get off at ChĂątelet. Then, take Metro Line 4 and get off at RĂ©aumur-SĂ©bastopol. A short walk, and youâre there!

We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible, so we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the following rules to ensure a harmonious experience for both guests and hosts.
Included Services:
Bed linen and towels are provided for your optimal comfort.
A professional cleaning service will be provided upon your arrival and departure to ensure the apartment is in perfect condition for your stay.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family Services:
If you require a baby crib or high chair, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them. Please note, however, that baby linen is not provided.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can accommodate arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight for an additional fee of âŹ20. After midnight, check-in will only be possible the following day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is set at 10:00 AM at the latest. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and all applicable fees will be clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the contact details of an agent who will provide you with the apartment keys. The agent will answer your questions about the apartment, its amenities, and the neighborhood.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of âŹ250 is required for access to the property. It is payable only by credit card via SWIKLY. The deposit will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided there are no damages.
Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): âŹ80 fee.
Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: âŹ90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: âŹ450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect the peace of the neighbors; excessive noise may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
Internet Use:
Please do not use the internet access for unauthorized reproduction or display of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation is allowed. Please note that we are not responsible for telecommunication operator malfunctions, and no compensation will be provided.
Professional Use and Photography:
Photo shoots, film shoots, professional meetings, or commercial uses are not permitted without prior approval. Please contact us for specific rates and authorizations.
Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under 21 will only be allowed to stay if accompanied by an adult who meets this age requirement. If not, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refunds will be issued for non-compliance with this rule.
