The house is clean and well taken care of. Two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a two queen size beds and it's own private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. Additionally, there is a full bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs a large sectional couch with two chaise lounges. Laundry room with quality, large-capacity washer and dryer is just off the living room and a half bath is downstairs. Kitchen includes coffee maker, electric water/tea kettle, and all necessary items to cook your own meals.

The St Andrews area of Panama City is a local favorite, with good reason! You won't find any chain stores or restaurants, just local fare and flair. Multiple venues regularly have live music. Around town you will often see the motto "Keep St Andrews Salty" which alludes to their love of the weird, eclectic and local. Truly a great place to relax and enjoy the salt life!

You can walk to all of St Andrews' restaurants, shops, park and marina from the house. Downtown Panama City is a 5-10 minute drive. The house is about a 15 minute drive to the closest public beach access on Panama City Beach. St. Andrews State Park is a 20 minute drive, but is a great State Park with some great beaches as well. Pier Park is a 20 minute drive.

Pets are welcome but must be disclosed. Maximum of 2 pets. Dogs must be crate trained and kept in their crates when owner not present. We cannot accept any "dangerous breeds".
