The comfortable living room offers new, plush furnishings overlooking a covered balcony with plenty of seating for you to enjoy some Florida sunshine while enjoying your morning coffee. On the other side of the home is a Bunk Room with custom-built Queen-over-Queen bunk beds.

There's a dining room table with seating for 6 and an additional 4 spaces for seating at the breakfast bar. After all, just because you're on vacation doesn't mean that you can serve home-cooked meals with the family. Alternatively, take your pick of some of the best restaurants on the Emerald Coast nearby.

Just minutes from Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach, The Town of Prominence is located between all the best of 30A! Rosé on 30A is one of the newest homes in the Town of Prominence! Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses*! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence.
- Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. This access has a small parking area at the access (~$3-$5 for parking) and bathrooms, but the walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed & beach service is not available at this location.
- Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access.
*Note: Prominence homes access the beach via South Walton public beach access points. Most guests typically use the Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public access points. Prominence homes do not offer direct beach access through the Watersound Club, nor do they provide access to the private Watersound Club facilities.

Parking in Prominence (North and South):
- North Prominence Triplex (A, B, C) Unit Parking: Parking is only allowed in the garage (if available) and/or the driveway of the unit being rented. Parking in unassigned driveways is prohibited and may result in towing or fines. No street parking or overflow parking is permitted in Prominence North. Additional parking is available at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).
- South Prominence Parking: Parking is available in the driveway or garage of the home (if available). Street parking is allowed, but additional parking in the gravel spots on Pleasant and Clipper streets is first-come, first-served.
Pool Parking: No overnight parking is allowed at the pool area.
Trailer/Boat Parking: There is no trailer parking available.

Golf Cart/LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) Rentals in Prominence: If your property does not come with a golf cart, you are only permitted to rent one through 30A Gulf Carts. Prominence strictly allows the rental of street-legal golf carts for guest use through this provider only. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Prominence HOA.

Zero stars, fire hazard, BLACK MOLD!

Absolutely awful! Upon arriving at our rental, the garage door was wide open and wouldn’t close. Garbage was overflowing and smelly right outside the garage, with bugs flying all over it and had been for days. Upon entering the unit, you could hear something dripping. A heavy fast drip. We located the drip from the air conditioning unit which sat right above the garage. When we went downstairs the garage ceiling was soaked with water and FULL of black mold. The light had fallen and was hanging from the ceiling, with water dripping from the light fixture. Water was all over the floor. The constant drip could be heard in the house, and the air conditioner was blowing the black mold air into the house. Water dripping from a light fixture is an electrical hazard, and should a fire of started, we would have had no way out. The fire would have been at the top of the stairs, which was our only way in and out. ALL of the these issues were communicated with Beachwalk. I got little to zero response from them, other than, is it still a issue/problem?! Absolutely nothing was done.I spent my weekend communicating with the guest services with zero response, and worried the whole time I was there. Less than ideal stay. I would never rent from Beachwalk. They were absolutely HORRIBLE!! And VRBO should not be using their properties on their website. Looks bad that you are promoting these properties!! If you look online, there are hundreds of complaints just like this.

Great unit, great location, family friendly stay

Overall was a beautiful place to stay. Great location across from The Big Chill (loads of food options and nightly entertainment). Very family friendly neighborhood. Has an amazing screened in balcony. Great communication from the management company. Was lacking beach towels, had small number of toiletries (lacked laundry detergent), and had small number of little ants on the island. Otherwise was clean and a nice unit.
