Äussersr langsamer Check in. Check in Zeit 16.00 Uhr und 15 Leute am warten und nur eine, sehr gestresste Receptionistin. Zimmer ist gräumig, toller Blick mit Terrasse aufs Meer und den endlos langen Beach. Das gesamte Gebäude hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt

Property is old, rooms are moldy and they just paint over the mold, floor in room sticky and dirty, AC no filter blows moldy humid smell all bedding smells like that too! Roaches in room scary old elevator, balcony doors latch broken!

Showed up around 6pm and have been waiting in the lobby for two hours with no end in sight. Numerous other customers are also waiting tirelessly and expect to be here for several more hours. Hotel is severely understaffed and not the least bit apologetic.

Sunday check in was admittedly a tough day. The issue was more related to technology with our property system to check people in and authorize cards, then with the key card reader to make guest room key cards. I do apologize for that. We let a lot of people down.

We request towel 3 time because they weren’t put in the room or toilet paper. Finally on my third trip to office after 7 pm we got clean towels. There was bugs in the room and the lobby smelled like pot the entire time.

As for the smell of marijuana in the lobby, I was here every day during your stay and don't recall that and staff didn't report anything in the off hours. I can understand how that would be annoying. I've stayed here several times in the past and always enjoyed my stays , this time check in was late , room smelled terrible and it had just been cleaned there were no towels available to any of the guest because laundry truck had not shown up. Checking out today and still have no towels.i still like this place even though i feel it could be better maintained and kept up . Staff is always nice .

I didn’t like the dogs barking next door all night. The room was clean and the staff was great but the fire alarm went off while I was in shower and continued over an hour until I left. It’s worn but clean. Don’t forget to bring your shampoo.

We stayed on a drive through the area. Had we not been driving all day we would not have stayed. The facilities were horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The elevator had vomit in it and the room was dirty.

Half the outlets don’t work, WiFi didn’t work, no light bulbs in lamps, floors turned feet and socks black, tears in the couch, coffee table broken, called 3 times to tell us they over booked. Switched our hotel, then switched back, then switched rooms. Dryer was full of lint. Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. Shower has someone else’s bathroom supplies in it.

wonderful beach acess door to balcony would not shut the screws were loose, no sheets, pillows for pull out bed, no blankets, had to beg for towels, no broom to sweep sand out of floor, 1 roll of toliet paper for 2 people for 4 days, no blowdryer, 1 pack of coffee for maker. lamps didn't work in the front room, electricity went out at 4 in the morning didn't come back on till 10 then elevators didn't work they put 65 year old people on the 7th floor with us asking to be on the lowest floor. 1 trash can in the whole room. just terrible

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! It's dirty, the rooms are gross and it is very dated with stained walls, doors and counters. The couch was torn and very old and dirty. The floors were gritty and one roll of toilet paper. The only good thing about the place is the beach's view and the nice staff. They should call it a motel, not Hotel.

First of all we went through probably 25 keys due to them all not working and could never get back in the room. The bathroom rubber baseboard was pulled off about a foot and just hanging. The tub had a huge hole inside the side. It was not very clean at all. There was a few times we found roaches crawling around in the cabinets, on the floor, and walls. The kitchen had about 3 forks, 2 knives, 1 spoon, 5 plates, and 1 bowl. No blender and no pans, only ab 2 pots. No flat pans to cook in the oven. The couch was old, raggedy, had brown stains, and smelled awful. The pull out couch had old used sheets on them and was solid springs. The caulk around the window on the balcony was wet and gooey, the kids had a time playing in it before we noticed….. The pool is small and not heated. They give you 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 towels and rags. Elevators hasn’t been expected and had no inspection sheet inside. Doors shut really fast and didn’t care if someone wasn’t all the way in yet. Had to click the buttons 20x to get one to come to you. Decent things about our stay: -beds fairly comfortable -location was pretty convenient and empty lot beside so the beach wasn’t too packed

Staff was good and friendly but the motel is very dated like 15-20 years dated. Paint faded and stained everywhere doors had to be slammed shut on balcony a/c units very loud lights out everywhere pool was nasty from Sunday till Thursday when it was finally cleaned worst thing the room stunk from cigarette smoke and dogs were allowed in room. If I had known or read this in the info on your website I would not have booked the room since my wife and I both have allergies I could send you some pictures. Very very disappointed with their rating we witnessed one family in the lobby who also had resv but after looking at the room came back down to lobby and canceled. I too would’ve cancelled if the total balance had not already been charged to my credit card. Please give people a accurate and truthful and current review of the property

Made the reservation 2 days before my stay. They state that check is after 4 pm, we got there and had to wait for our room. Specifically for an hour. Cheaper is not always better I made that a mental note that day. They waved the resort fee because of the wait time to get into the room. Got to the room there was suppose to be two queen beds. There was a full and a queen. Okay fine! There were no blankets just sheets on the bed. With a two quest room there was only one towel and no rags. The bathroom had hair in the short. I have a hair phobia so that grossed me out. I would not bathe without my shower slides. I’ve never seen a bite where linen was delivered to them instead of not having their own laundry room. They have one for the guest. Overall this was a one time thing. Even though it was on the beach, I wouldn’t stay here again. Side note on that waved resort fee, they tried to charge me for that after I checked out.

Okay for one night but definitely wouldn’t want to stay longer than that. You get what you pay for. The building is run down but the people were super nice. Overall I probably will not be staying there again. They charged a lot in random fees, with the amount I spent on fees I could have just booked a nicer hotel.

Pay attention to the reviews saying it’s run down and dirty..it is.. I’ve never stayed anywhere with a less stocked kitchen..we cut our stay short and moved to a better facility. Dog poop all over the stairs and hallways. Musky smelly room, slim toiletry and towels, dirt stained couches and walls all in all wouldn’t recommend. You get what you pay for. I would pay a little more to feel comfortable.

This hotel is not as advertised. I have never been to a hotel that does not provide blankets. There isn't a phone in the room to call the front desk. The shower head in the bathroom did not work. The front door did not latch from the outside. The first thing we saw when we got in our room was a roach crawling up the front door. The floors were full of beach sand. I don't believe they ever mop the floors. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The cabinet doors were missing hardware and were falling apart. The only thing this place has going for it is the view and nice older woman who checked us in. They charge a resort fee for what?. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Smelled. No power in the outlet by the bed. No light bulb in the lamp. Just not good. And we took pets. There wasn’t any disclosure stating it was $100 per pet.
