Das Hotel ist soweit okay. Was ich nicht in Ordnung fand, dass ich obwohl auf der Expediaseite stand das es kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt ich nicht umsonst parken konnte und ich 20 Dollar extra zahlen musste. Hätte ich das davor gewusst hätte ich mich für ein anderes Hotel entschieden.

Beach front was the best thing about this hotel. When checking in the front desk lady Nan was very upset we we interrupted her conversation with another co worker was very rude when checking in. Bartender was okay not the best social experience at the bistro and bar. Waffle machine out of batter both mornings at 8:30 and 9. Hotel was clean inside lobby, pool was not clean full of sand and could not see through the water. The rinse station from the beach to hotel was broken every day. Mold growing in our shower of our room. Decent stay over priced for what the amenities and condition of the hotel.

Gas relief valve close to the front door when uploading. It was pretty bad. When we booked the room we had thought we had a balcony it did not have a balcony. The only reason i booked through expedia was for the balcony on the beach. The hotel front desk staff upgraded our room to have a balcony facing the beach.

I liked pretty much everything about the property. Only issue was not getting room on floor I had requested back in January when I made the reservations. I had requested room on floor 1, 2, or 3. Assigned room was on 6th floor. However, all 3 elevators were in operation and had no problem in long waits for elevator.

Absolutely no dislikes, however the staff was amazing and so kind and helpful first time in Panama City fl. And the view was amazing, staff is so helpful to get you to the best restaurants and bars!!!! And absolutely loved the carriage for selfies in the lobby!!! 10/10 will always go back to the same hotel anytime i visit again.

Only things I saw could improve is bathrooms although in good shape you could see on the details that some TLC was needed, and another major thing was the mattress not being the usual plush hotel mattress, you could somewhat feel the springs. We still had a good night sleep tho so it wasn’t bad.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The parking garage and private above the road walk way was so convenient and great.. The bathroom faucet was not secure, and there was black mold in the seams and on the ceiling of the bathroom. Probably because there’s no exhaust vent. The carbon in the room was very dirty and would make my feet are socks, black rapidly. The tub appeared to be fairly plugged – – would take an extended amount of time to drain After a shower. It was a bit disturbing to find a dog in the breakfast area. There are specifically signs posted no pets allowed in this area. I got my bill with the sundry charges at checkout, but did not have a bill that listed all the initial fees, including the closeout. We’ll see if the credit is returned to my cc as indicated? Thank you.

This is a wonderful oceanfront hotel in PCB. I highly recommend staying here. Very comfortable, very clean, very convenient to PCB attractions. The bed was comfy, shower was hot, complimentary breakfast was nice and the view of the beach was awesome!! Do yourself a favor and stay here. Definitely on the ocean side.

Loved the customer service across the board, from check in thru housekeeping , breakfast staff, breakfast food choices for everyone, Pub staff all were customer oriented. Loved our ocean front view from the 7th floor. Dolphins in view in the morning from the balcony. Great beds and firmer pillows were awesome. Parking was great, relatively priced with enclosed walkway from garage to suites. Close to great dining experiences, attractions. Pool, hot tub, and the Gulf of Mexico just behind the building. Could not have asked for a better experience. 10/10 stars.

View was great. Breakfast was good and varied from day to day. Housekeeping services could have been better. Linens were very worn and thin.Drawers in the rooms would have been nice for a week stay. TV was small.
