9th Floor Private Gulf View & a Walk to the Beach - 5 Resort Pools + Hot Tubs!

Enjoy Panama City Beach from this 9th floor beach condo featuring a gorgeous view of the Emerald Coastline! The beach is mere steps away using Laketown Wharf's private beach access.

Located in the heart of PCB there are endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options around every corner. Or stay put and relax using the resort's wide array of amenities including four pools, two hot tubs, children's splash pad pool, putting green, fitness center, and nightly water lights show on the lake.


There is a one time resort fee due before check-in of ~$78. This is paid straight to the resort.

When you book you will receive a URL to enter your trip information and pay this fee. Wristbands will be in the condo when you arrive, but will only be activated by Laketown Wharf if this fee has been paid. You also receive up to two parking passes good for either garage for the duration of your stay.

The wristbands MUST be left in the condo upon checkout. There is a $25 fee for each missing wristband (This is what we are charged to buy a new one in the case of one being lost). We appreciate your care and understanding with this.
