This condo features a full-size kitchen with gas range, dishwasher and all the conveniences of home. The queen size bedroom is perfect for watching tv on the flat screen and resting after a long day at the beach.
Relax in our living room and watch TV on a brand-new flat screen. The living room also features a cozy daybed sure to be a favorite spot for the kids. We offer free wifi!
There are 11 pools in the complex to choose from. Bring your rackets to enjoy a game of tennis. There is also a Gulf Highlands beach house and restaurant with access to a beach pool. There are also shuffle board courts and a putt putt golf area, just bring your own equipment.
We are a few blocks away from Shipwreck Island water park, just down the street from Walmart, close to lots of wonderful restaurants, and much more!

Guest access
Our guests will have access to the multiple pools and tennis courts within the complex. Parking to the left or right of the condo building is also free for our guests. The beach house is an added amenity where you can purchase snacks and drinks while relaxing at the beach.

Other things to note
This condo is on the second floor. We also provide basic essentials for our guests including: Linens, Pillows, and Bath Towels. We also provide our guests with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and tableware, dishwasher, range, washer and dryer, and an iron and ironing board.
