This place was an utter disappointment. Not worth the money paid and we felt robbed. Place is old and in disrepair. 1 of the 2 elevators was broken and maintenance said its been that way for as long as he can remember! Our room key didnt work when we checked in, turns out a number of guests keys didnt work! Lady at reception was not very accomodating and never apologized for the issues we had. They dont let anyone check in before 4pm so at 4pm there was a line of people waiting to check in. Hotel room was dirty, floor left your feet black. Thick dust all over light fixture in bathroom, old donut with 2 bites out of it was on balcony when we arrived. Refrigerator was so wobbly, it felt like it would fall on you when you open it. Not well stocked with kitchen supplies for having a full kitchen. No frying pans, just one dirty saucepan. Hot tub looked disgustingly dirty and yellow, so I refused to get in it, despite picking this place because it had a hot tub. We cannot believe this place can get away with charging 4 star prices for a place that felt like a 1 star hotel, if that. Its unacceptable really. We will never go back to this hotel and I would encourage anyone else to consider going elsewhere too.

Welcoming staff was rude. Paid for a king bed 45 days before and they stated they were sold out and gave us a double. Room was dirty, holes in doors, bathroom door was swollen from water damage, bathroom floor was stained, hairs in shower and lights kept flickering on and off. Keys stopped working twice and the second time the lady at the desk had to call and wake up some other lady to figure out how to activate a key. The balcony door would not lock either. The location of the hotel and the view was very good though.

The area was great. Walking distance to pier park! Also walking distance to a few fast food places and even walmart and target etc The bed was not comfortable at all! A little pricey in my opinion but not to crazy. Other than the bed being uncomfortable i cant really complain.

The unit did not have any cooking utencils or drinking glasses. 1 skillet and 1small pot. When told about it they did nothing. Refrigerator did not work well. Walls and carpet were dirty. Just really awful. Reason I upgraded to poor was the pool area and pool was nice.

The place just felt dirty. No hairdryer yet the holder was still mounted to the wall. One of the elevators did not work the whole time we were there. Parking is a joke. Unless you are a lucky few that gets to park on property you have to park across the street.

We have stayed here several times Pros-not far from Pier Park. Soft towels, sheets,comforter and mattress. Coffee was available in the lobby each morning. They have a nice outdoor bar that serves food and drink. Cheaper refills in their property mug. Cons- only one slow elevator working. Ice is not available except for a machine that offers ice. No one there knew price or lbs of ice bags. You put card in, take number of bags you want then it’s charged to your card. Even those that purchased weren’t sure how much they paid for it. There is construction in front of hotel(second year), so plan on lots of dust on your car.

I have stayed here at minimum once a year for 16 years. Upon arrival, we were told that there were no king rooms clean and we could stay in double bed rooms, one with no kitchen. We opted to wait, which ended up being two hours after check in time. My parent’s room was ready first and seemed to be livable but lacking pots and pans to cook. Our room was filthy. Hair everywhere, holes in the door to the balcony, ac not working, duct taped door handle, duct tape on the bathroom floor, hair in the bed, bathroom door had been kicked in. The nice lady in the office gave us a double bed room. This one smelled clean but had no balcony furniture. We were allowed to take the furniture from our first room. Bathroom sink faucet broken. My husband wiped down the toilet seat and the tissue was black/brown. You could tell from being in 2 rooms that the bathrooms are not wiped down. The toilets are stained from not being cleaned and the showers have soap drips on the walls and hair. We wiped down the kitchen and bathroom counter and those rags came back filthy as well. We dealt with it, but it definitely gave us the ick every time we touched anything. Every morning people blasted music from their balconies and smoked weed. Our room reeked with the door closed. Kids would take buckets of water from the hot tub and dump it out. Jumping in and out, splashing strangers in the face. We ran out of toilet paper and asked for more, they said they would bring more in a couple hours. It never came

The beds were comfortable. Everything very old and poor condition. Construction everywhere around property. No breakfast. Staff rude. Dirty property. And no ice!!! You have to pay $7 for a full bag.

Property shows some age, but is still a good place to stay right on the beach. The pool is nice and the location is convenient. The kitchenette made eating in the room nice. The balcony was very nice with a great ocean view. The staff were all very accommodating and considerate, as well as took their jobs very seriously. We would stay here again!

We loved the layout of the room. The front desk was very nice. The construction of the road was not convenient but overall it was ok. The fact that there was drunk people next door raising cane outside our door at 2 in the morning was terrible and we were only on second floor and no security to stop it was not fun. Kids running up and down hall along with them. This went on til about 530 in the morning.

The only reason this property is getting 3 stars instead of 1 is the because of the staff. They were awesome! Super friendly happy and helpful to best of their ability. As far as the property. Old unclean broken everything. Wifi, tvs, and remotes not working. Key locks on the door had to be reset every couple of hours. Rooms were dirty and in desperate need of repair and updates. There is also a resort fee. However there are ZERO amenities.

This is probably the worst property on the beach. We have stayed here in previous years, but never again after this stay. Elevator not working. Staff said it has been out for a month! Filthy carpet, filthy rooms. We rented 2. Few dishes in the kitchen. AC in both rooms not working. Duct tape to hold together doors and flooring. Absolutely disgusting! Stay anywhere else unless you dont mind a filthy disgusting place to stay.

We showed up and was transferred to a different hotel which was nothing like the hotel I originally booked. I can’t even begin to explain how rude the check in clerk was and how awful the hotel we were transferred to was. We booked a hotel on the beach with a view and balcony and what we got was a run down hotel across the street from the beach, no balcony, the room was disgusting with bugs everywhere and extreme mold. My kids woke up itching most the night. If we weren’t so tired and had other options we would have left immediately.

I’m all about a decent deal for decent price. Price was good. However hot tub was broke. Heater in pool was not working. That usually would not be to big of a deal but I booked expecting that. Also the beach was double red flagged so it would have been nice to enjoy both. Kids swam in pool but they would swim in any degrees lol. Hard to get someone to deliver send towels up and a new remote due to ours not working. Over all decent place, great location.

The staff during the night time is very very rude. Suddenly , at 3 am in the night , there was a leakage from the bathroom ceiling and entire floor was flooded. They suggested us to pack everything and move to other nearby properties. The staff also said you can sleep in the flood if you wish to. Very bad service, they didn't even acknowledge that we had to go through tough time at night but rather spoke very rudely.

I stayed in the Jacuzzi suite on floor 7 for 4 nights, 2 of wich was with a shower that only had cold water. Jacuzzi and shower had a lot of black mold, bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder or a waste bin in the bathroom. Window to the balcony was stained and couldn't see through it. First night I complained 3 times to the front desk about loud base at midnight from the room next door before it was finally handled. Pool was disgusting... I'm so let down and feel my money was so wasted staying here

One elevator was broke most of the time but at one point both elevators were broke and we were on the 7th floor. There was an oven but no pans to bake with. The kitchen sink didn’t drain. No one ever came to give fresh towels or take the trash. When I went to check in they had my phone number under a different name which they blamed on Expedia.

The ice machines don't work. The bathroom had a big pile of hair under the sink. The outdated phone in the bedroom section was broken. There was only one remote to use for two different tvs.

The room had black mold, broken doors and broken parts on the stove. It worked fine for a last minute reservation for one night but I would not recommend this hotel at all. I was a little scared and grossed out to stay. The pool is also freezing cold and not heated and the hot tub is not functional.

The ocean view I loved but the cleanness room was terrible, water leakage at faucet in kitchenette, carpet looked very dirty and dingy., hair in the shower and floor in bathroom looked like it had mold, floors stained bad and hot tub was nasty and unclean
