Close to the beach
Very clean property. Close to Mashes sand beach....about half mile. Plenty of room for everyone. Outside shower a plus with going to the beach. About 45mins to Tallahassee. Carabell beach was about 22mins. Very nice stay with the fam.

Great Weekend with the Girls
We really enjoyed this house; it is a hidden Gem. Working with the homeowner was easy and so was getting everything booked for our weekend. If you are Looking for a Quiet Place to get away from the Hustle and Bustle of the world this is your place. Just a short few minutes away from Alligator Point and right down the street from the best place to watch the sunrise. All the locals come every Saturday & Sunday Morning to watch the sunrise at Mashes Sands Beach. We made lots of Great Memories on our stay in this house. What are you waiting for.....Book this House!!

This house was much bigger and nicer in person than it looked in the pictures which was nice because a lot of places are the other way around. Location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

This is an absolutely beautiful home away from home. The pictures simply do not do it justice. Super clean and tidy. Comfy furniture and beds. The location is so quiet and beautiful, as well as convenient to a wide variety of activities. The owner is also amazing. Quick response time and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. House was perfect for what we needed!
It is such a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle. Down the road from some beaches and not to far for some fun activities! It was well cleaned and had no problems. Will definitely be back next year for our getaway weekend!

We needed a Vrbo for 2 nights so we could meet with the builders of our house.
Better than the pics. A short walk to the park beach, boat launch or road into the marsh. I'm so glad we are moving to this area.

Cabin by the canal
We loved our stay at this cabin and were very impressed by the cleanliness and peaceful neighborhood. I liked it because it didn’t seem like you were in a commercialized area. The host was quick with communication and has stocked the house with lots of fun movies, books, and decor. The back deck is peaceful with a great view of the canal and palm trees. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for the location is because of how far it is from a really nice beach.

Good but need some improvements
great location but a couple things were not so great. The internet was almost impossible to join and the owner did inform me that it was a challenge right now. The house doesn't have central AC so the how had a really hard time keeping it cool!! I'd go back but probably not in the summer months.

Great visit
Very comfortable and inviting. Roomier than it looks in the pictures. Dock is great but watch low tide if you’re out on a boat that’s not meant for shallow water. Overall great experience and owner was great.
