Alles an dieser Residenz ist erstklassig, erstklassig und makellos sauber. Mit atemberaubendem 180-Grad-Postkarten-Blick auf den Championship-Golfplatz des PGA National Golf Club.

Meine Preise sind fest und ich biete keine Rabatte.

Diese Residenz wurde im Sommer 2018 komplett renoviert und verfügt über alle neuen Möbel, Bodenbeläge und Accessoires. Die Designer-Küche ist neu und perfekt für private Abendessen oder Unterhaltung. Die Matratze ist neu und sehr komfortabel mit Bettwäsche und Bettwäsche mit 500 Fadenzahl. Neue Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer mit High-Speed-WIFI in der gesamten Residenz. Spektakuläre private Terrasse mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und das Wasser.

Pick-up-Trucks oder andere Arten von Trucks sind auf dem Parkplatz nicht gestattet. Sie werden abgeschleppt. Haustiere über 25 Pfund sind von der PGA-Community strengstens verboten.

Wir vermieten nur an verantwortungsbewusste Gäste, die das Beste von Palm Beach in einer ruhigen, hochwertigen Umgebung wollen. Dementsprechend bitten wir unsere Gäste, eine Beschreibung ihres Berufes und ihrer Herkunft zu geben.

Die Residenz befindet sich in der Gated PGA National Resort, Heimat der Honda Classic auf der PGA Tour. Es gibt schöne Parks auf dem Grundstück und gute Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Juno Beach ist eine 9-minütige Fahrt und ist einer der besten Strände in Süd-Florida mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. West Palm Beach ist eine 15-minütige Fahrt von der Wohnung; Spazieren Sie über die berühmte Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach oder fahren Sie 5 Minuten zur Gardens Mall (Indoor und Outdoor). Das Outlet-Center befindet sich am Highway 95 und ist nur 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Der internationale Flughafen Palm Beach (PBI) ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Der internationale Flughafen Fort Lauderdale (FLL) ist 45 Minuten entfernt.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Essen und Strände erwarten Sie.

Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in der Gated Community neben der Residenz. LKWs sind in der Gemeinde nicht erlaubt.

Family friendly fun for 8 people

We brought our four young children, including an infant, totaling four adults and four kids. We chose this property instead of a couple of hotel rooms and we were sooooo happy with our choice! The kids loved the bunk beds. There was a high chair and crib for the baby. The kitchen had adequate amounts of dishes and appliances. We loved watching the wildlife on the water—the golf course view was peaceful and beautiful! The pool was never crowded and had plenty of chairs for lounging. The neighborhood was so quiet and safe with great walking trails and a couple of playgrounds nearby. David checked in with us several times asking how are stay was going. Overall, we absolutely loved our choice and look forward to returning!

April vacation

The check in process was super easy. Owner sends all important information via email, very straight forward of everything you need to know. The place was very clean, spacious, and beds super comfortable. It has all the conviences of home, full kitchen with everything you would need for cooking, washer dryer, great air conditioning which is sometimes a rare find down in Florida in some houses you rent! Beautiful property and super safe in the gaited community. Everyone was super nice, and owners responded quickly when I had a question. I brought my 2 teenage kids, and they fell in love with the area. I will definitely be returning to this same property if its available for our next trip!

Great all-around!

I normally stay at PGA national, but for almost half the price and for a far Superior property, I stayed here. Would not hesitate to stay again. beautiful home very quiet, easy access and parking, everything was immaculate, and all supplies and amenities were taken care of. Great for families with two bathrooms and cool bunkbeds. Highly recommend.

Great location

The condo was very comfortable and clean. View from porch was very pretty. Host was fast to reply with any with any questions that we had. PGA national is very conventionally located to many stores and restaurants. Beaches just 20 minutes away with free and easy parking. Also very close to turnpike and 95. I would stay here again.

Beautiful home and gorgeous sunrises

I do not normally post reviews but I wanted to take a moment to thank David for sharing his home with us. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers and the home worked beautifully for us. The 3 bedroom home, the kitchen and great screened in porch with AMAZING sunrises was an unexpected surprise. We celebrated birthdays and the holidays and hope to do so again. Thank you.

Villa with a View

This villa offered a very comfortable stay. It had great beds and linen. Bathrooms were just like pictured. The view of golf course and water feature was delightful. TV’s in each bedroom but you need your own streaming info. WiFi great. The owner very communicative. Most of our stay it was two of us. When we were 6 there was not enough silverware, glasses or towels. It would have been a problem if I could not borrow from friends I had in the area. I mentioned this to the owner. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items.

Beautiful Condo

David was a pleasure to deal with and made everything seamless. The condo was great and I'd definitely stay there again. The dryer was acting up and not working near the end of the stay, but that's just part of life whenever you stay at a place with appliances. David was on top of everything and the condo had everything needed to be able to show up with only clothes, etc., and move right in. 5 star host!

Perfect Family Getaway

It was a perfect family getaway. Check in was easy. The condo was spacious. (One review mentioned the queen bedroom was closet sized but I thought it was a decent sized room!) the kitchen was fully equipped for a variety of cooking options. The screened in back porch was a perfect space to relax in the morning with coffee.

Overall Nice condo, very responsive management

We enjoyed our two month stay here despite several maintenance issues that we initially encountered. Management did an excellent job of responding to our concerns. The condo has three bedrooms but private access from the master bedroom to the master bath is through the third bedroom. I read the prior review of this condo, and there were NO bats seen and NO health issues staying here. Condo has a new full-size crib and high chair, making it nice for grandchildren to visit. The water view of the retention pond and golf course is outstanding. Lots of turtles and birds, including a roseate spoonbill! We are giving 4 stars instead of 5 because closet space is insufficient for a long stay, and some of it is occupied by owner’s supplies. be full of owner’s supplies and other belongings.

Bats (Yes, flying bats) and Mold in an otherwise nice community

We were extremely disappointed with this property and genuinely concerned from a health perspective. The overall apartment impression wasn't what was depicted in the pictures but that was somewhat expected. The real issues were the safety hazards. We were staying in this unit for a couple months as we're in the process of moving. Every couple days we would have to sweep the front porch because we thought the tree overhanging the front stoop was dropping seeds of some sort with an unpleasant smell. Not the end of the world, until one day around dusk we realized they weren't seeds at all but bat droppings as we saw the actual bats flying around!! Mind you, we're not talking about a couple droppings. Every 2-4 days there would be mounds we would have to sweep off the front stoop! Like most people we've never dealt with bats so every day we're walking over these "seeds" and unknowingly walking in bat waste. We even had two injured live bats end up right on the front porch! To make matters worse, there is a 1/2 gap in the front door so the unpleasant odor flowed into the house not to mention allowed bugs to come and go freely. After contacting the host, wildlife control came out within 4-5 days and left a huge net up for about a week after that and eventually sealed the nest hole. The hosts initial response was somewhat blaming us like we should have diagnosed the bat problem sooner, said the bats were an endangered species making me think this wasn't the first he'd heard of the issue, and then actually debated the safety of bat waste being in the walkway. The other hazard is there is mold growing on the air vents and ceiling from the general humidity in the unit probably caused by the gap in the front door. The back patio screen is also in very poor shape leading to it constantly being dirty with leaves, bugs, and dirt blowing in. Outside of the poorly kept unit, the overall community is nice, feels safe, and neighbors were friendly. We documented everything so hopefully this allows us to post pictures.
