Hyde Park Hotels, Paddington

"I stayed at the Tudor Court Hotel in Paddington with two friends, and each of us had our own single room. The rooms were small but clean and functional, equipped with a bed, TV, a small fridge, a safe for valuables, and a compact bathroom with a shower and toilet. Considering the price and the central location, the room size was absolutely fair. Personally, as someone tall and slim, I found it suitable, but I imagine that if you have a different body type, the space might feel a bit too tight, especially in the bathroom. What really made our stay special was the hotel staff. We mainly interacted with Buddha, Paul, and Mehdi and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Every morning, they would ask about our plans for the day and then offer suggestions and local tips. They even marked everything on a map for us, creating personalized day trips. One example: Buddha told us about a skyscraper where you can go up to the 50th floor for free to get a great panoramic view of London, something we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. In the evenings, we were always warmly welcomed back and asked how our day went and what we had seen. It made the whole experience feel much more personal, almost like staying with friends rather than in a hotel. All in all, if you're looking for a simple, clean place to stay with outstandingly friendly and helpful staff, this is a great choice."

"Very warm welcome. It was our 3. stay in this location. Lovely location. Good breakfast. 5 Minute walk from Paddington station. Modern elevator but no air-conditioning. Fans are in every room."

"We loved our stay at Lancaster Hall Hotel. Room was nice and clean. So was our bathroom. Stuff welcomed us very friendly and was very friendly all the time. Hotel is only some minutes away from 2 tube stations and several bus stops. Hyde park just around the corner. Nice to go there for an evening walk any evening."

"Schönes, kleines und sehr zentral (nähe Paddington Station) gelegenes Hotel. Preis Leistung super. Hatten ein modern renoviertes Doppelzimmer im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug (leider auch ohne Klima aber dafür Ventilator). Es war zwar klein aber dafür gemütlich, sauber und für uns beide absolut ausreichend. Kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee gibt es in einer schönen eingerichteten Kitchenette im Stockwerk. Kaltes oder sprudeliges Wasser gibt es zum frisch selber zapfen an der Rezeption, ebenfalls kostenlos. Hatten einen sehr netten Empfang und die Rezeption war auch immer besetzt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder ! Danke"

"Insgesamt ein Hotel in Zentral-London, das ich weiterempfehlen kann. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und der kostenlose Wellness-Bereich war super."

"We had a very convenient stay at this hotel. It was so quiet in our room we could even sleep with an open window. The breakfast was ok, it was the same everyday, so keep that in mind, if you stay longer. We went for breakfast at 8:15h and we always got a table ready right away. The easy walking distance to Paddington Station was also great. Overall we would stay here again. "

"Great hotel. Booked a single room and i must say that the room and bed were bigger than some double rooms in London. The room was spotless with a big shower. The staff were fantastic and so was the breakfast. The street is very quiet and only a short walk from either Paddington, Lancaster Gate or Queensway transport links. Would definitely stay here the next time I'm in London."

"Alle sehr nett. Es wurde gerade renoviert. Also villt sind zu Zimmer zukünftig besser. Aktuell würde ich es nur für ein Wochenende in London empfehlen. Die Bahn/Bus Anbindung ist super und alle 10min kommt ein Bus/Bahn."
