"Hat alles gepasst. Einzig die Klimaanlage. Selbst wenn auf „off“ ist sie weitergelaufen. Musste sie abdecken sonst wäre ich krank geworden. "

"Well located! Great view. The room was very spacious. The beds comfortable. The interior is well aged but totally ok for the price. Unfortunately very loud. We had a room vis-a-vis the ice machine in the corridor (why is there an ice machine eitherway?) which was very very loud. Also we could hear the neighbours. Stupidly next to us was a dog who barked for 3 hours (we assumed that the owner was out). The AC from the corridor and/or neighbour was really loud during the night (we didnt turned on ours). Parking was easy and convenient. There are excellent restraurants in the street. The drive to Ottawa was very nice and fast (we went by car. parking at City Hall garage was only 2 CAD for the day at weekends). If i book again i would be sure to get a "more quiet" room if possible. "

"Die Lage des Hotels war ganz ausgezeichnet, Fußläufig ca. 10 Min zum Byward Market - hier finden sich viele Restaurants und Shops und es braucht von dort nur noch 5 Min. zu Fuß in die Innenstadt bzw. zur großen City Mall in der Innenstadt oder 10 Min. zum Parlamentsbezirk. Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen, es wirkte aber insgesamt an allen Ecken und Enden etwas aus der Zeit gefallen bzw. in den früh-2000ern steckengeblieben. Das ist jedoch reine Geschmackssache denke ich - das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber, groß und geräumig mit tollem, bequemen Bett und großem Bad. Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Toller Fitnessraum. Pool nicht der Rede wert, da nur ein kleines Becken - eher zum Plantschen geeignet als zum Schwimmen. Mitarbeitende stets sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück präsentierte sich klassisch nordamerikanisch: Rührei, Speck, Waffeln, Pancakes, Zimtschnecken, usw. - wer es europäischer will, der wird hier enttäuscht werden. Absolutes Unding ist die Verwendung von Einmalgeschirr beim Frühstück: Plastikteller, Plastikbesteck, Pappbecher. Das scheint aber auch einfach so ein nordamerikanisches Ding in den "günstigeren" Hotels zu sein. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel und würden wieder dahin kommen wenn wir in Ottawa sind!"

"Hervorragendes Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zimmer sind wie ein Apartment, gross, mit Küche und langer Fensterfront mit toller Aussicht (wir waren im 9. Stock). Wir konnten auf dem offenen Parkplatz gleich neben dem Hotel parken (CAD 20/Tag). Dem Hotel fehlt der Charme und alles ist etwas altmodisch aber komfortabel. Gute Lage, viele Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Plastik und zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeit in unattraktivem Raum, aber schmackhaft und grosszügig. "
