„We stayed at this basement apartment for one night and decided not to stay for the second night because of several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The biggest problem was the lack of adequate heating. The basement was very cold, and there was no thermostat to control the temperature. A portable heater was provided, but its controls were broken and it did not produce enough heat to keep the room warm. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness. „This place is in the center of the action in the Pretty town of Perth, restaurants, parks and shopping in all directions. The Sheriffs Quarters were awesome, welcoming air conditioning as we arrived, spotlessly clean and well appointed and decorated. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs at Coutts Cafe as we sat by the river Tay, it was like a movie scene, just beautiful. We hope to return next year.“
